never really check the trick color,just go by the look of the buds.they are getting chopped on thursday.not looking forward to it.

Loving that man. JH is the bomb, easily one of my favourites. Nice few plants you have there too. Pain to trim and all, but i'd trim them all for you for a fat bag, lol. You running cuttings of this? Hoping to get my hands on a JH cutting from a mate soon, though he's dissapeared last couple of weeks. Love the aroma and flavour of it, how's yours in the aroma stakes, nice and tangy fruity?

its really a very simple 4x2 frame.floor and roof are just rectangle frames with a support beam down the middle and each side,like a cross in a box.roof sits atop 4 beams,one in each corner and bolted in place.very simple.mdf boards are screwed onto the floor and roof with screws.panda film is duct taped around for the walls.door is a panda film zipper.holes cut into the bottom of panda film for induction.strong enough to hold my 4 lights and carbon filter,but its i little on the rocky side if you lean on it,but hey,it works.

ok lads,the concensus seems to be to let them go longer so i will give them untill at least next monday and see from there.

sack,the jack was just a strain i could get at the time.turned out great so I stuck with it.next run I might try something different.

sorry,should have been more precise.4x2 is the size of the timber.
the dimensions of the room are 6x8 foot,(180 x2400 cm)

Those are some really awesome looking plants but I can't help but question if they really are Jack Herer...
It doesn't really matter if it's Jack or not with plants as pretty as those but I've grown Jack Herer from Sensi Seeds multiple times now and they've always been very uniform and I've noticed a few things that don't really match my experience.
1: Those leaves are too fat! The Jacks I've dealt with have always shown their sativa background quite obviously (see pic)
2: Jack Herer is a very stretchy/gangly plant! I've seen people having to resort to emergency branch-surgery on their crops just to keep them under control...yet you said that your Jack doesn't get too big.
3: The buds just...don't look like Jack! You can't see the calyx' on your ladies, but Jack is famous for it's massive swollen ones. Here's a pic of one of my last Jacks just to show what I mean about the classic Jack Herer bud. This is a typical example of what a Jack looks like (although not the most impressive plant or picture)
I'd be able to tell if it really was Jack by smell. Jack is soooo distinctive but unfortunately I'm not going to be in New Zealand anytime soon.
Please don't feel I've joined the thread to criticise or anything, far from it! Those are some awesome looking plants, it's just that I'm a real strain purist/weed snob and I'm just not convinced that it's real Jack that you're growing.
But again, they are some top notch looking plants, I hope you can give them the extra time they need to finish.

There look all good Swampy bro. You're gonna have some tasty smoke there for sure. New Zealand is a bit of a playground of "named" clones that don't turn out to be what they're claimed. The amount of times I've heard of juicy fruit clones Or even recently I got a White Widow that looked more sativa than anything I've ever seen. Your plants look mint whatever they are! Nice crammed canopy!! Awesom bro
