damn that robert corry guy is great, just a real nice guy who really deserves a lot of the credit here for standing up for this issue so bravely and so intelligently.

I keep his contact info in my wallet and on my cell....just in case. Even if you are legal, good to have someone to help prove it.

Cheers.

Acquitted or not, we still have to work hard to keep our grows totally secret and secure. No need for any of us to have to go through anything like Jason did.

yea.. cali this is not.
there is nugg here to be found, but it is lacking hard with quantity and quality. thats why people start indoor grows :yoinks:to supply there own dank meds:woohoo:its going to take years to get to where cali is at with there dispensaries, clones and quality nugg :2cents:

Mtn, if you know, are certified people allowed to do their own indoor grows? If so, how many plants are they allowed?

I imagine it's pretty easy to set up a grow room and control temps at least six months out of the year in Colorado if you have a room and just don't heat it... that's a plus.

Anyway, just curious.

Yes patients can do their own growing, indoor or outdoor. You are allowed (guidelines) 6 plants of which 3 can be mature (flowering) OR WHATEVER IS MEDICALLY NECESSARY.

So we were supposed to be headed to Colorado to look for a house as of this morning - wife's friend got it in her ear that south carolina was a better idea because my wife could have a job that would pay the rent by taking care of her friend's kids. Now she's taking away any chance at having any sort of freedom from prosecution. I thought that the laws where I'm at now suck - ever seen what 1 plant in SC will get you???? 5 fuggin' years!!!!

I'm screwed... Wish everyone in CO the best, I thought that I was coming out there this morning. I'd have been there by now, applying for a DL and going to the clinic. But nooooo..... The mrs. would rather live in a state where they'll shoot you in the face over a fuggin' roach paper that's 40 years old... I'm really really hoping that the house her friend "reserved" for us is a complete shithole hillbilly hell pit and she goes back to her original idea and plan of going west where people are a bit more sensible.

Thanks for the earlier comments/help to those who responded, I hope it wasn't a waste.

get out of there! the south is cheap to live in for one reason. IT SUCKS TO LIVE THERE!. I am a CO native and moved to athens last year then moved out as quick as i could. I had a horrible experience. Growing in the south is not worth it at all but alot of people do it. A gram of hash is a felony in GA i imagine it is similar in SC. I hope you can get some sense into that woman.

yeah...SC is pretty place but not for growing. There has to be something you can do to convince the wife. If not i wouldnt advise getting a crop going in SC...best of luck.

he he... me or the legislature/LEO? Gotta ask, my wife tells me the same thing all the time.

Yeah, no plans on getting anything going down there. Thought about it, but just not worth the trouble. Like I said, hopefully when she gets there she'll realize how much brick weed sucks. Got a crop going now, should yield me about 10-14 oz, hopefully a bit more but I'm freaked out to transport what we've got left when it comes time to make the move. Heard those roads in/out of the southeastern states are notorious for seizures and random drug dogs. Eek...

Sorry, off topic - best of luck everyone.

Haha, the legislature of course. If I'd been talking about you that would have been mighty rude.

Do they even have hydro stores around those parts? Or is it wal-mart and home depot for you?

Hydro shops? Worms way is based in georgia, they are pretty big. There are a lotta horticultural supplies for pros down there that are sweet. I remember picking up a 10lb bag of calcium nitrate and a 10lber of potassium monophosphate. Try to find that in Denver!

hey all...I want to get my MMJ license here in the great state of CO...I had a tumor removed from my left leg (knee area) 10 years ago...my knee has no cartlige and is bone on bone...hurts most of the time and especially in winter, but I do try to stay active..

what is the first step in obtaining a license? I have been told to go see a doctor about my chronic leg pain and get the charts/diagnostics/xrays..then from there, I really am clueless..

All I really know is that I do qualify..I should hook it up somehow

Give us a call. We have a Dr. who is capable of making a diagnosis, and writing a recommendation, all in the same visit. Previous records are good to bring with, but not required.
