1 swamp + 32gallon trashcan x 20 = ?

I feel like the sliding cans and the dock idea are a waste of time. Build a frame that lifts and holds the cans off the ground so that the bottom of the can is at mean high tide line. That way no worries how much it rains, your cans are out of it. The frame will be sturdy and have no moving parts to fail you. The rain water will then water your plant and drain into the swamp.Use dry ferts. Remember Keep it simple. good luck:joint:

I don't get how this is simple, inexpensive or remotely stealthy for that matter. The weight of a watered 32 gallon can will require a serious platform at least 3 ft high. Am I missing something?

get your indoor running if you can. I would abandon the swamp growing idea way to much work and luck, you haven't even touched on over 9000% humidity yet.

There aint no give up in this ole boy I can tell you that. There is alot of people down here that could benefit from this way of growing. Hell after walking thru the swamp filled with water there are tons of high ground i could have placed a can here and there on.

No such thing as too much work bro, man up! :joint:

I admire and respect your work ethic still2big and wish more growers shared it... my only hope for you is that all of that work isn't rendered futile by a humidity/mold issue that is ultimately beyond your control

I found some mold this morning, bro. Not fun. I think I caught it early enough to avoid serious losses. microscopic photos on my thread. its some ugly shit close up... the whay it just blankets the trichomes... you can see em trying to poke out... too late for greencure in my black box.

if the greencure works 100% like its supposed to in a swamp then I suppose the mold spores won't have a chance, but if not I would consider going to a slightly dryer area but if it works id be very stoked. Definitely don't want the containers with holes in them for the swamp growing, id go no hole with organic mix and couple inches of perlite in the bottom of the trashcan with a pvc pipe coming up to the top, maybe use some wicks coming up from the water outside of the can into the top of the medium

Well boys, got some bad news. Went out today and im not sure ive saved any of them soon enough. You guys will shit when you see the pics. Ive got trees in my back yard down from all the water. Trees 20 years old. Where the plants were is 6foot deep right now. The trail i cut to bring them closer worked but too little to late im thinking. Too much rain man...never seen it like this but i should have prepared better.

Thank god i had a male i didnt see shoot some pollen their way. Should get some good seeds out of it at least. Ill get you guys some pics....its freaking crazy

It aint over...next go around starts AFTER the rainy season..
