I have zero experience with Piff, but I have seen your plant befors Xoox, and she looks like an oily sativa to me. If you go back to one of the earliest pages of this thread, someone mentions Sensi's Mothers Finest. Also, lunetns posted some pics early on. Looks exactly like the pheno of mothers finest I ran....
either way, it is all good, I like Arts attitude better than the starter of this thread.
one other side note....my friends upstate....they have a strain that is called the Mikey P.....always talk about how it is the absolute best, don't want to let it out.....now I wonder if that P is for Piff....?????

sorry they are so long, i just start typing and typing and all the thoughts just start flyin and i try to pack them all into one post.
yeah right a publisher!! my spelling might be a little off, and grammar..but you know, that's what editors and proof readers are for, i'm just for the crazy thoughts. most of which are sparked by the weed!
mikey p, hmm, never heard anyone use that name, but come to think of it you may have mentioned it in the past --- sounds familiar. well, send them this logo to stick on the bags:

-but good weed is just good weed, if it wraps you up in a blanket of warm loving tingles and makes you feel absolutely great inside like you just shot a load and won the powerball at the same time, then i'd say its good weed. even if it only lasts for an hour or two, its an hour of washing away all the days stress and revitalizes the mind. i'm not into the mega blazed out of it drooling state, sure if you smoke enough, and maybe a hard day may call for that state of mind - you can get there, but i like the spiritual inner meditative feeling you can get out of it instead. i can literally sit still and not feel my body anymore and have not one thought cross my mind, just a floating state of mind space, and body numbness, or i can have 10 thoughts running at the same time, wherever i want to go that session. some just like to talk and bs or do day labor work. it's really an individual thing, but it doesn't leave me ill and sick feeling like drinking alcohol would.
i'm just the midnight toker. this is how i keep my tolerance low. before i spark up i always think did i do everything i had to do today (bills, housework, homework for you youngins! whatever) and do i have time to just sit and veg for myself, if no, i won't smoke till its all done. i don't want anything coming up in the middle of my buzz to kill it. shit i didn't do the laundry or something like that. its just a control thing, using your head and then using the ganja responsibly. its ok to be in both worlds - reality and stoned, as long as you maintain both equally and don't let the other go to shit.
one thing i noticed about it though, if i stop smoking it for a while, i do get some weird withdraws from it. like major memory loss and 'uhh, what was that called again' stoner moments as its coming out of my system for at least a few weeks till everything is restored to normal functioning. and those nice dreams dude. whoah, vivid. but i seem to stay sharp while consistantly hitting it. only not during the buzz!! lol.
some may not like the creeper effect it gives, i dunno. but it bugs me out everytime. sometimes after hittin it, a thought might cross my mind ..oh shit its lost its potency, or i'm getting a tolerance finally, and then, here it is again, ahh yeah, i'm in the zone! i knew you wouldn't fail me! then i can start doing my mind relaxation/meditation thing. and wake up in the morning super refreshed!
everyone has a different use for it, but when i've smoked some commercial, or just store bought sparkle nuggets, they either couldn't bring on the feeling i enjoy, or it was an instant uncomfortable, non enjoyable smack down, that was quick to disperse before you could even get to relaxing or having a good buzz. you kinda feel ripped off. im tellin ya, i flush this type of bud down the toilet, i could care less for it. and stuff like that i'm quick to get a tolerance too, after a few times its gone before it even gets good. any high that makes you feel uncomfortable, ill afterwards, burns black - is just garbage. FLUSH!!! its always free anyway, lol. just so many factors about this plant that stood out that made it special. how quick it dries, how good it smells, and how quick it is to be in a smokable state, and how interesting it tastes and the high it provides. it has its own personality for sure. it makes its own statement in the garden.
i've been reading about strain names and descriptions for ages, and always think what would i name this piff if it was based on its effects, and the names that pop in my head over and over during the high are apollo (because you feel like your floating in space) skywalker cause your walking thru the clouds/floating in the air) dreamweaver (because of all the memory clips in your minds eye flash before you and mesh together into a jumbled mess). amnesia haze (because you can't remember shit past the point in time your mind lands on) or some type of floating buddha (because when your meditating you feel like your 10 ft off the ground with your legs criss crossed floating like a happy smiling buddha!)
i can understand everyones naming of strains based on effect, but if you could wrap all those names up into one, remove all the thuggish crap thats tied to it, and then just call it the uptown haze. you'd be done.

My boys from ny always talk about haze this and haze that. Sounded worse then us in cali with the og. He brought me three different kinds and none really tasted like haze. Decent weed for sure but not really the headiest.

You can definatley get the real deal bubblegum in bud form, and clone, but the clone is like searching for diamonds, you got to no exactly were to look. Not too many people have it and the ones who do, unless your thier best friend I doubt they would tell you.
It is more indica than what they release in the seed companies from what I can see from the plants, but not a go to sleep kind, still functional.

backwoods are a sweet cigar u can get in cvs or whatever, come in diff flavors, good for camping, maybe keeps the bugs away lol.. they r pretty moist cigars in a foil like pack..i'm guessing they would fall apart if you try to disassemble?..i dont smoke blunts tho..they don't mix the backwood tobacco in the bag do they? eww

LMFAO at people who think the nyc piff is laced with crack and dope.... Reading that crap kinda pissed me off. I have smoked many onces of piff and never once found any traces of any other drug... I have seen it all too, from x to dust... Such bs, yes it may be wet, yes it maybe early and yes dime bags are always short (wtf do you expect, dimebags lol) but its not laced.
