If your recommendation is older then 30 days, the department will contact the Dr and ask if he still believes that you could benefit from MMJ usage and still recommends that you use it.

I got the 30 day quote from the registry. If your Dr is legit, there is no reason that the State will deny you. They only check that the Dr is licensed in Co.
Hold on to your panties, here's one for you. The first year my wife was registered, we didn't even have a Drs sig. By law it's not required. The law states written documentation, which is Drs recommendation OR copies of pertinent medical records. That's not a direct quote. Look at the legal definitions at the front of Amendment 20.
I'm not saying not to register, but if you read the law, it's optional to apply for the card.

my understanding is that if I ran into law enforcement and had only a doctors sig with the application filled out, that they could still take my medicine? and that it would only help me get them back.

i just need to know how much legal amenity there is regarding having card vs. ready to send it in at anytime?

Hello alpha,

LEO can still take meds even if you have a card. I was saying wnat I believe and what has happened in the past.
I still believe that having the card is the only way to protect yourself totally. I have a friend that's a patient and without the card he was popped for 3 plants and it's cost him about 50,000.00 to date.
You can be legal without a card, but why risk it. Hell if you have Drs sig why would you not send in 90.00 to protect yourself.
The registry is on a stand alone computer and the law prevents anyone other then the registry personel from seeing it. Very safe.
I've met the lady in charge of the registry and have complete trust in her ability to keep it safe for all patients.


I know 1 guy here in the Springs that carries his signed app around for going on a year now. People have stopped dealing with him because he never sent it in to get a card. It's all falling apart at the seams and all soaked with sweat and shit. That's not responsible actions and I believe his whole life is like that.

It was a great victory for us even with the freakazoids in the audience who were probably planted there by the DEA to make us look bad.

Once the word gets out about people being cured of cancer by cannabis oil, it will be too late for the powers-that-be to stop it.

I put cannabis oil on the basil cell carcinoma next to my left eye and it's gone. It took 2-3 months to get rid of it totally. And since I have been taking it internally every day, my RA is all but gone. I started playing guitar again which is something I have not been able to do for nearly 10 yrs.

I make my own hash oil and use it every day. The secret to curing cancer, RA, etc. is to take a LOT of hash oil. As much as you can. There is no such thing as too much. An overdose means a nice little nap. But I have found that after taking it so often, I get used to it and it really does not make me very high. It is very pleasant and I function better than ever before.

thanks paco, it really looks like a workable business model though.
i have talked to a few of these kids too. also some of the people who first answer the phone at the clubs don't have a clue.

So far the only place i have thought was worth while in denver was patients choice.
i know i have said their name a few times, but as far a people who know what they are talking about the people here are great. They have the best selection of meds i have seen in the denver area. They get some fire in a bout once a week, always different. and whats great is the different price scales and quality. the employees are very honest and friendly.
I hope your sour D is good GMC, i have yet to find a decently grown flower around town, not very sour and not very diesel is what i have run into alot. best of luck. (cuz i want to get some sour d that rings my bell)
The mile high meds guy would have a workable business model if what he advertised was what he was doing. I met him at a party, where he began to announce to evryone he can get them legal for $300. nothing wrong trying to drum up biz, but very tasteless approach none the less.
He was a complete thug, which is what we don't need as far as care givers right now. he also told me that ad was aploy to get people locked in to him as their care giver, not cool.

ive heard through the mmj rumor mill that if you are growing for consumables your plant count can be extended to 25. anyone heard of this or know how to go about proving that plants are for consumables?

I think I've heard something along those lines before too rudeboy, you would have to go see your doctor. He can write you a note to extend your plant count. 4 times 6 would be 24 though, not 25.
