Almost as bad as growing and distributing seeds from the same location. Dont keep seeds, gear, lights or bud where you sleep/live people.

Amen, I know a few friends when I was in school their parents would call the cops on them for very nonviolent things like taking the car when told not to or smoking weed. The parents are dumb as shit, they must not realize the impact a record could have on their son/daughter future.
I would put my life on it that my mother would help me rid of a body if absolutely necessary

He was already on the lamb from MI for "mail fraud" and other cannabis related charges... seems like he has been down this road before...

I purchased some seeds from him a couple of years ago ( 2006). He offered to sell me ounces of hash through the mail as well as the seeds...we hadn't even done any business together yet... it sketched me out big time & I declined... The seeds have been of very mixed results as well... that said, we worked out a good deal at about $20 per pack (on average).

I hope he has a good lawyer

First off I don't think Elite genetics and Greens is the same person. Isn't greens the Gurelia Gold guy from across the boader. And Elite Genetics is some guy that was selling people bagseed for outragous prices and got called out for it a million times. He said he was the only one with the real Chem 91 . And also had about 140 different strains he was selling on his internet site.

This is an issue the parent should have handled at home. There are many dangerous drugs available over the internet that he could have gotten...and could have died from. Weed won't kill you....and hell he was just buying seeds anyway...who says he'd even be able to grow them?
