a thought experiment:

imagine that chicken-wire mesh that you have there......
now, instead of being made of metal, the mesh is made of CO2 tubing.....
it would be relatively easy to make such an apparatus.....
it would be interesting to run a side-by-side comparison with the chicken wire....

hmmm im worried about the heat though,this things in my garage with no A/C. the 1000w is bright as fuck, it has a agro bulb?

Yeah let's not do that then LOL Didn't know you didn't have A/C, stick with the bulb you have. What are you running for the bulb again?

I wish you had some HPS in there though, it would help so much more than the MH. Maybe you could do the HPS mod on your ballast and add a HPS bulb in place of that MH.

i was told i have to get a new magnetic ballast and ignitor, and the ballast part is expensive or else i would i have a hps bulb

I think she is looking great! I believe you can just wire in an ignitor and be fine but I would double check just in case. I know you can modify an HPS ballast to run a MH light by putting in a switch that cuts out the ignitor so I would figure it should work the other way around as well. I have seen threads about it, you will just have to search for it...I really do think it would be worth it in your case.

hey guys got some pix to put up, a couple closer shots and also i got a carbonaire 16lb carbon filter,its got a 4" flange and its 12" diam and 14" long check it...

thanks shroomy,its a slow but moving process of a build, im hopin this crop of A plant will pay for some fancy upgrades including a lumatek 1000w, a lil A/C unit and maybe a few other things aswell, but yeah Im lovin this grow big time.


OH YEAH, I ran out of nutes and the hydro shop was closed so i went to a nursery and picked up a bottle of Flora Nova Bloom and was wondering if anybody can give me an idea as to how strong to mix this brown goopy shit?

i'd love to get anywhere near a pound off my own grow but i doubt i'll get anywhere near that, i;m thinking an oz off each of my eight plants. fingers crossed lol
