California isn't for the weak, faint-hearted, under-capitalized, newbie grower expecting to make a fast buck. If that is your goal...

STAY HOME or GO AWAY.

If you are a legitimate medical patient, there could be an opportunity for you to grow your own, safely, in private. But the risks are great... ask Eddy Lepp who was sentenced to 10 years in FEDERAL prison just yesterday for allowing many medical patients to grow on his property.

At Eddy's age (57 and in poor health with PTSD from 'Nam) this is a life sentence.

This is cruel and unusual punishment, and the judge herself said the sentence was too much time for the crime, but her hands were tied with Mandatory Minimum sentencing for Federal Crimes.

Just because California has passed Prop 215 does not mean the Feds can't, and won't mess with you. They will if they can lock you up and destroy your life.

The only solution is to vote out of office any congressman or senator that refuses to legalize cannabis.

There is no other solution to this mess except to change the law.

The government has now created a medical marijuana martyr.

Pity them, for they know not what they have done.
