Hey cfunk, what kind of soil and stuff are you using? I just looked through the thread again and didn't see you mention any of that stuff. I started mine out in some stuff I mixed myself last summer for tomatoes (a mix of cow manure compost, peat moss and vermiculite, then I added about 20% worm castings to it), it worked but not as good as I had hoped. It dried out and got hard as a rock. I then put them in a mixture of Ocean Forest and Happy Frog with dolomitic lime and they absolutely went nuts after I switched to that. When I repotted mine in these 3 gallon pots I just used Ocean Forest with about 25% more perlite and lime. I'm also using Fox Farms nutes.

Certainly didn't mix my own!! I previously growed hydro/pebbles, so organic soil cultivation is a little new... However I did a little research and went with the following: (taken from the bag, pre mix)

"It consists of 20% sphagnum peat moss, 35% garden peat, 10% high quality organic BIOBIZZ Worm-Humus , 30% perlite and 5% Pre-Mix" - The plants seem to be loving it!

mine are PP and show notoriously quickly.. after 7 days they had tops.. little ones, but tops all the same.. I read its more common for plants to show at up to 14 and even 20 days (strain dependant)...preflowers.. even sooner :smile:

mate you wont believe how quickly things start moving once they do. I needed to go back and see what size pots I was using the other day on my grow thread and I couldnt believe the difference in the last 4 weeks (since the flip)

250w CFL

I do have an HPS but really want to try growing out completely with CFL... toyed with the idea throughout veg and I decided to switch bulbs and test them out (small space, heat reduction).

Nice man! I got a 150w cfl for my veg cab. :)

beautiful young plants cfunk.
Those are some Indica looking things. Gonna be stony. So is that a WW x Ice?
