It says Cultivation or Sale:

Any Amount - 5 years - felony
5 - 100 lbs - 2 years Mandatory Minimum - felony
100-500 lbs - 4 years mandatory minimum - felony
500 lbs or more - 8 years mandatory minimum - felony

Why does it say any amount 5 years.. but then it says all the rest about mandatory?

At the bottom it says:

Manufacture or delivery of marijuana in any amount is a felony, punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of $10,000.

It is a felony to traffic in marijuana and all violations have mandatory minimum sentences. For greater than five pounds, the minimum sentence is two years and a fine of $25,000. For 100 pounds or more, the minimum sentence is four years and a fine of $50,000. For 500 pounds or more, the minimum sentence is eight years and a fine of $100,000.


So are they saying it's only mandatory if you bring weed INTO the state.. like you bought it from philly and brought it into Delaware?

If you grow or sale your own smoke it wouldn't be mandatory, correct?

Any Amount - 5 years - felony what this says is you might have a chance of not going to jail

5 - 100 lbs - 2 years Mandatory Minimum - felony your going to jail for sure no way around this

in other words don't do anything in this state

just a few pics of how i stopped paying 50bones an 1/8 and 75bones 1/4 for some dank... i grow my own!!! low budget high quality cfl nugs !! my own strain from bagseed ..dubbed "BARBWIRE" for its sharp serations in vegg:).i have cycled it three times to condition it for smaller situations and less light intensity!!!!this room is being disassembled and a new drbud style sog will be coming soon@@@ i will start a journal..

so whats everyone been growing? are a lot of ppl going outdoors? I have tried that three times and have lost my patches everytime....not to anything but i couldnt find em again..lol

any micro sog growers in the tri-state??? drbud style??im building the box now the mother plants are in vegg were just getting warmed up...im from riudotorg but i like alot of the grows i see on here just a little hard navigating the site i will figure it out...

Now I am not that much of an idiot but for some reason I have run into a germinating block....Can someone please give me a fool proof method from seed to initial transplant....I only have 6 blueberry seeds and 2 herrers left. I think I have become midly retarded lately......Thanks all.....I am ADHD so pictures with words are really excellent to me..

soak seeds over night in a cup of water. tap the seeds that are floating on the top every hour until they sink, if they never sink, then they probably won't work, but you never know.

soak a paper towel with water, squeeze it out so its damp, but not sopping wet. fold it in half. take the seeds from the water and put them in the folded paper towel .5 to 1 inch apart fold the paper towel once over them to cover the seeds. put that paper towel in a ziplock sandwich baggy, and leave it open. do not zip it up. you can even let maybe .5 inch of the paper towel stick out of the ziplock baggy, just a part with no seeds in it. put it in a warm place like ontop of your water heater..or router. check it every day. if the paper towel starts getting brownish discolor after 3 days, swap the seeds to a fresh damp paper towel and put it back in the baggy..if they haven't sprouted yet that is.

once you see the tap root coming out of the seed, just drop it into a moist pot of dirt, poke a hole with a pencil in the dirt.. not too deep, just enuff to get the root in the hole and maybe 1 cm soil line over the seed head.. and just SLIGHTLY cover the top head of the seed.. you can mist it with few squirts of water to compact the pre-moistened dirt around the seed..then wait.

even if you miss the paper towel timing i've gotten them to still grow, i've opened paper towel 5 days later by accident (forgot) and seeds had coty leaves already and like 2 inch+ roots. i still planted it and it grew up.

everyone has their own methods... that's mine..once you get one that works u usually do it everytime the same way no matter what anyone says,lol

pthway4 - Like xOOx said, everyone has their own method for germing, so here's mine...

I soak seeds in 5 parts water to 1 part hydrogen peroxide (acts as a fungicide) and keep the temperature between 75-80° F. When the beans pop and show a tiny tap root, I put 'em in sterile soil.

Being mildly retarded myself, this method is quite fool-proof 'cause it's always worked for me! :D

Bake, is the Bubba you have the same cut that you used to have. That's the one I have, you probably don't remember how I got it, but imo it's the best Bubba cut. For some reason I'm having problems getting new cuts to root. I just took 3 more tonight, but they are from a plant that's been under 12/12 for about 2 weeks, so I'm hoping they root. I don't have a mom anymore. So if I don't get them to root, my only other option is to reveg it after it's done, and hope I can get cuts then. Anyway, just curious if you have the same cut, because you're the only other person that I know offhand that has it. Everyone else has the pre-98 cut. Glad everything is going well for you. Keep in touch bro, you should be a F.U.C.K.E.M. member. Just let me know if you want me to vouge for you. You've been here since before most of FUCKEM's original members. Just a bunch of cool cats with some great genes that are all East Coast.

the warm and clean water are the keys to safe germ...spend the 99 cents for the distilled water no headaches... i have 100%germ rate with a small plate in a big ziplock (un-zipped) with the wet paper towel .. i put it between the cablebox and tv...always toasty:)

Once again you guys are the shit!!!!! I have had three successful blueberry beans germinate....Ahhhhh I am so excited.....I am gonna post today pics in my next post of the grow..
