I don't like torch lighters, it's a jet flame you still get some butane taste. I don't give a fuck what any of you say. I've been there, I've done that, I know what the fuck is up with the best chron and the down right best way to consume it when it comes to inhaling it.

If you're using butane and tasting something other than lung expanding delight you need to try a different strain or green your thumb a bit.I cant believe any serious smokers would trifle around with magnifying glasses as such.Bic spelled backwords is "thanks for being so handy dandy I really wanted to cop a buzz"

neat, although you gotta admit the power source could be a pain in the ass for portability, as with any electric contraption (vaporizer, etc.).

any idea why it would need a ceramic element (seems to me like a gimmick)?

"torch" lighters aren't all that good, they reach temps way too high.

Personally, I'd answer the question rather than sounding like a self righteous spoilt child from a one parent family with a grandiose sense of entitlement.

Besides if you want to come of sounding like "Mr righteous. holier than though, pot consumer" you would then :

Grow organically
Extract only resin
Not even vape, coz thats not the most righteous way
Consume it in pill form orally
Proclaim to the world how righteous you are and how lowly they are
If they question you then you have the god given right to stamp your feet on the spot, call them petty names like troll and answer the question with simple "Because" answers, or any other answer that is just as vague.

The truth could be I'm smoking blockhead out of a 3 piece glass bong where if you're tasting butane,your imagination is running away with you.Could it possibly be the two inch corncob you're using lol?Don't be mad man because I'm just playing.That butanes makin me feel silly!If you taste butane from your drug delivery device than you should definately avoid the torch!

Hey its a picture of a waterpipe.I surely couldn't taste butane smoking my blockhead from that particular device,no way.I guess some people are more sensitive to the gas then others.

Well, I spark the gas first and make sure the flame is actually burning clean then light the cone, pumping straight butane into your bong is very silly!

Pumping straight butane into your cone would be like putting some of that ceramic piece into your cone and trying to smoke it, doesn't make a lot of sense does it?

Mr Tony if you ever have the unfortunate experience of having to light your cone with a bic lighter ever again I urge you to ignite that butane first, as we are after a clean burning flame not half a lung of butane.

Foolproof method as to not inhale butane whilst lighting a bong

Step 1. Hold lighter AWAY from bong
Step 2. Push thumb down hard on ignition flint wheel and hold thumb onto gas release lever (located just below flint wheel)
Step 3. Put flame to cone and slowly inhale


There is no possible way to inhale butane with this method as the butane being the fuel source has already ignited (IE BURNING CLEAN) any so called leaking butane into ur cone is impossible as it will have been ignited. Bic lighters dont carry enough pressure to pump anymore butane past the flame so as to be able to be inhaled.

Anyway who gives a flying fuck , if your smoking pot youre not really doing any good for your lungs anyway, go pill it if you wanna be "Mr Righteous CleanLung , no butane in my Gob Dude"
