Because this is for people who use high quality cannabis and like to get the most out of it. You don't get the most out of your bud by wasting it in a blunt. I don't take my heady $300 bong out of my house so is it a waste of money?

just joined the hakko club. We had a phedor, but it got dropped and the ceramic tip snapped off. I don't really wanna hear anyone's shit about wasting $150 on a phedor because it lasted 2 years and at the time we bought it, $150 was no big deal if we just wanted something. Now, on the other hand, the hakko is more our price-range. It arrived yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised. The handle is better, the cord is better, the overall feel is better...and well shit, you can't beat 29 bucks to get that good flavor every time!

well in defense of Mr. Tony I gotta say that he's caught a lot of flack from some members including me to begin with, it's frustrating having to defend your position in your own thread which he at least has the backbone to do instead of giving up on it, he has principles.
I do think it'll fire up my VaporGenie then Johnny, I could only find the Hakko model #456 for $60+ shipping online, but I want a $35 one.......

how clean is your bong, and what are you smoking? Going from butane to hakko should be a pretty noticable difference.
You could be tolerant to the flavor. I taste weed a lot more after a smoking hiatus.

i got a hakko 936 soldering station, the best soldering iron ive ever used and ive used lott, this is the first ive heard about using it to puff with, but as long as i odnt damage the soldering station id be willing to try it
