The PS3 is better. But I can't deny that gears of war 2 is real fun and the graphics are great...for the x360. Also, the x360's online capabilities are easier to use. If noise was a problem with the x360, it is solved, you can just install the games on the harddrive and the noise is greatly reduced.

In the end, I got to have them all. I won't be limited on choosing sides.

Wii is also cool in its own way even though you can't compare the graphics to the other 2 consoles, they just suck! Gameplay is where its at on the Wii.

I personally own a PS3, It had the exclusive titles I wanted the most. I'll give the 360 the games, it's got plenty of good ones that's for sure. But, I hate M$ shady business tactics and I don't use any of their shit when possible (running Ubuntu for example). And also, I've barely got enough time to play through the games I do want to play, and no time to play games I kinda wanna check out, so I've got more than enough with the PS3. And 2009 is going to be a good year for PS3 games.

One thing that annoys me is I can't play music off it during games like the 360 and the original xbox. That sort of sucks, but oh well.

PS has any PS3 users checked out Flower on the PSN yet? Just released the other day, it's freaking awesome, beautiful game.

Anyone getting Killzone 2 for PS3 this month? I am for sure.

I hate the fact that I can't play through games more than once cause it takes up too much of my time. So they get stashed away in my library. Some don't even get finished. I even got new ones that I forget I have and I find em like a year after I get em. So a friend comes over and sais "you got this game" and I'm like, oh yeah, I got that and its still wrapped up in plastic. lol.

I don't have it on pre-order or anything, mainly because I'm usually too broke to buy all the games I want to play. But I do want to play it, and I have it on my gamefly queue. I hear the single player campaign is pretty short, about 10 hours, but the multiplayer is supposed to be where its at. I'm also looking forward to f.e.a.r. 2 but the multiplayer in that is pretty generic looking. I haven't got around to pre-ordering RE5, but I plan to.

well, I got my xbox back a couple weeks ago, and relized videogames are lame in general. dont take this offensive as this is only my opinion, but I got a whole lot of more important shit to do then play videogames anymore. still like um tho, probly buy call of duty modern warfare 2 and play it a little when it comes out but how is that gonna better me as a person or teach me somethin? Real talk.

Cool lostingeneral,

The game I found wrapped up in plastic was F.E.A.R. I played it for 30 minutes and gave up. I saw f.e.a.r. 2 got a low score so I won't get it.

RE5 looks promising but I wasn't very impressed with the free demo. Still will rent it probably since I played them since RE1. The reason for getting PSone back in the day is RE. Old school game.

GET MO: How can you say that video games are lame? Thats just wrong, you don't deserve to play COD modernwarfare2 if you think they're lame. X360 is lame for dying out on you! I will always make time for videogames. I'm looking forward to getting some solar panels just to run my console out in the woods.

Oh I didn't notice fear2 got a low score, the demo is pretty creepy. The atmosphere in that game is great, so I'll check it out. I never played the first one though. The RE5 Demo was okay, I'm expecting to see some bizarre shit later on in the game so let me at that zombie scum.

Do you become a better person by smoking weed? Me thinks it enlightens you, but games is just for fun brotha! Sure you get nothing in real life situations done, but I think its just making you have a good time and have fun. You already knew that MO ;)

Besides, why do I need a ps3 or an xbox. I play counter strike and will for life on my computer. I only need one map and I play everyday. hahaha duno why but it doesn't get old! It's been about 3 years so far with the same map same game. I play other maps too, just not often.

hey mr. freeman, I got a copy of the killzone2 demo tonight and played through it, it's freaking sweet. You could get a demo key from a soldier in home or something, but only at certain times. Or, do what I did and go to the psn uk site and sign up an account, log in with it on your name and download the demo, logout and signin with your normal psn account and you got yourself the demo. It's very short, only like 10 minutes worth of play but it was lots of fun.

don't be mad cause gta is no longer a ps3 exclusive & now it's partially a 360 exclusive now. It'll be alright my man. Anyways no ill feeling over here towards ps3. Just excited about GTA IV Lost & damned. It's going to be epic.

To be quite frank I got to about 50% completion of GTA and then stoppped. I just got bored. Have been enjoying World at War multiplayer online way more. But after playing the Killzone II demo the other day I think that most other games will take a back bench for me for a while.

If you're planning to buy it then I have no reason to stop you. The game play is like watching an intense movie, visuals are fantastic. As I said before I've heard the single player campaign is only around 10 hours long, but the games multiplayer is supposed to be one of the best. I hope I have enough time to play through it again before I have to leave for work, lol.

Then you obviously must not be a big GTA fan. Because a fan like me found GTA IV to be truly amazing. And with gta iv the lost & the damned coming out tonight...it's going to be soweeeet! I'd like to get me a ps3 sometime soon though, but their intriguing exclusives haven't really dropped yet, and I'm having way too much fun with my xbox 360 & xbox live.

SanAndreas was the best GTA, the new ones cool for what it iz but seems like they kinda went backwards.

I loved San Andreas!! I would say it was the most packed version. So many great feature and little extras. But GTA IV is great in a different way. It's more subtle. It has a more intense drama based story with less of the fluff. I truly enjoyed em both man. And now comes the next chapter in the story..GTA IV the lost & damned.

I have to disagree, if we're talking about the previous generation of GTA, based on the gta3 engine, Vice or the original are easily the best. San Andreas was just so-so for me, sure they added some stuff, but who really cares about eating bugers and making your dude fat. I'm glad the dropped the rpg like leveling up with running, and all that stuff for IV.

Not saying SA was bad, just I found myself playing 3 and Vice a lot more. Maybe because I was involved in the early GTA3 modding, carried over to Vice and was all GTA'd out by SA, also I only played that version on the consoles whereas I played GTA3 and Vice exclusively on PC. I used to love messing with the handling and car files, adding much cooler cars with more realistic handling. There was even hacked vice (and gta3) that allowed you to play with other people over the net, for like deathmatches and shit. Also it was pretty fun when we starting playing with main.scm to add our own missions to the games.

This newest one I do like a lot though, the physics and overall gameplay are so much above what they were before, and no police stuck in and shooting out of a wall like in Vice! And GETMO, I understand the going backwards, but this wasn't GTA3 - the 4th, it's a complete rebuild from the ground up, new engine, new everything. I'd expect to see some more features that you might think are missing in the next one, in Tokyo. I'd like to be able to go into a lot more buildings/houses, even if there's nothing to do inside.
