My pitiful clones, but hey they rooted! I put them in some seedling starter a few days ago. When should i feed em?

Bogglegum X LSD or SB
Im talking with stitch over the brown spots on that one, thats one of the reason i just transplanted these seedlings to 1.5 gal and MG organic soil w/ perlite and mychorizhae and fed them there first feeding: 1tsp fish emulsion and 1tbsp budswel grow, What yall think?

7 Sour Bubble seedlings in seedling starter, i am excited about these plants especially since im sampling some SB now, wow its good.

Your clones need some love! :canabis: I never feed my clones until roots are fully developed. Their roots are too fragile and ferted soils like MG can burn or kill them. Just use plain water and a humidity dome couldnt hurt.
Those brown spots look like they were caused by ph imbalance but I am sure master stich can diagnose this problem better. IMO your feeding sounds like too much along with that soil. Maybe back off to half.
Those SBs are looking great... should be interesting. :D

Hey Pirate:

Still mad?

I agree with Tric... I wouldn't feed those clones either. And I agree about the MG soil. Save that for something else. I would also suggest a different potting sequence next time. Your maximum pot size is 1.5 gallons, the square white pots? I'd make the 1.5 gallon pots the last in your potting up sequence. Start with those cuts in those small square pots. They look the same as I began mine in. You could go smaller yet too IMO. I've used lil 5oz cups for cuts.

Dunno what Stitch will say, but go from say those 3.5" square pots--> 1L-->3L-->1.5gallon. A sequence like that allows your plants to build a really massive root system that will fill the pots better as you go along. I also believe that a potting up sequence like this aids in feeding and watering....IMO of course :)

Putting small plants with small, undeveloped root systems in large pots can cause problems. I'm not saying it does cause problems, but it can...often an overwatering problem. The plant is so small it can't take up all the moisture in the large pot....The soil stays wet too long resulting in root rot issues, increasing soil acidity, which leads to pH issues, which can lead to nutrient lockout, on and on, etc.

These clones of mine were cut around June 23rd. I stuck them in that blue cup with tap water and a lilbit of Maxicrop Liquid Seaweed..very little. Then I forgot about them for a couple weeks. Two rooted though and here they are. The soil they went into first(July 10) was a soil mix I made up March 30th that I mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with plain seedling mix. They have not had a feeding yet. Just pH'd water. Period.

Good luck

July 10th I finally rescued them and potted them in a soil most would say is too hot. It had sat incubating for 3 months and was cut 1/2 and 1/2. I was sure they'd be fine.

If you look closely at the very bottom leaf pointed this way(left hand pot), you'll see a very slight lightening of the green on the leaf edges. This is an indication to me that they are ready for a mild feeding...maybe 5ml/gallon of PBPro Grow.

August 1st 3 Liter square pots. They went into these about a week ago. The roots reached the outside edge of these pots in 2 days.

Is this a truce toodles? If so maybe you arent my mortal enemy heh. Thanks for the tips anyway. 1.5 gallon are my biggest pots, they will be vegged and flowered in those.

I would like to see you and everyone on this forum have nice healthy plants is all. I would like to think I could help sometimes . Inmy opinion nice, green, healthy, plants will make the best buds. Rookie that I am, I seem to have a knack for growing these plants :)

Tell Stitch Hi.

Haha my best friend had a boston terrier when we were in high school. The dog was huge for his breed, but the best thing about him was how big of a pot head he was. That dog would follow the joint/bowl/bong/blunt/whatever around the circle and get hits from everybody. Always taking the hit like a champ and then to the next person. Sometimes after huge sessions the dog couldn't even walk, he would try and then fall over. We all got kicks out of watching him. He loved it and would do that to himself time after time. Great memories and a even better dog.

I wouldn't feed your clones anything. I'm sure what is in the soil will be plenty. When they start to grow it will be a different story though. Hope for the best because they are looking mighty stressed. What's the (abu or aba) on the OGK mean?

Thanx for stopping by sqwirl. The clones are stressed due to my terrible first time tryin to clone, i have learned alot since that heh. They are in seedling starter and wont get fed until more growth.

Thats so funny cause ive noticed he luvs to take hits, he doesnt move away when i blow it in his face like my cairn does.

haha that's funny, I've discounted the Abusive from the OG kush phenos.

When I think OG Kush, Abusive obviously doesn't come to my mind.

stopping by..

stopping by..

Great job Pirate.

I knew that you would do an excellent job with those seeds.

Thanks for getting to them so quickly, um, wherever they came from..

That purple on the Bogglegum accidental cross reminds me of the massive, purple blueberry Lifesaver I used to pollenate the Lifesaver and Sour Bubbles.

The LIFESAVER exceptional male mentioned above:

Thanx for stoppin by GDS, im excited about sour bubble to, especially after sampling some wow.

SW, so maybe your thinkin the male that pollenated the bogglegum could be that LSD male?

My current flowering plants have about a week or a little more. I will see if the bogglegum X's are big enough to put in there yet after that.

Ive been smokin a little MS Mud from a few top buds that were ready early and man its nice smoke, not much in taste but a yielder(when not stressed) and potent. The BMR pistils are changing now and the buds are fattening nicely. Both are being flushed currently until their death.

Look out for more clones!

oh ummm..I ..umm

oh ummm..I ..umm

When I was in the hospital in a coma and lost my kidney..well..anything could have happened.

The person who 'took over' for me is not a , well, not a 'good grower'.

But then I am exacting, obscessive, a perfectionist and so..

So it looks like LS so far but it could be LSD but it could be SB...
one thing for sure.

By the time it flowers I am pretty confident we will know.

I have grown these so many times I see them in my sleep.

SLEEP!!

thats what I need.
