You pulled through it though, and hopefully it has made you stronger and wiser.

He got just what he deserved. He's even getting laughed at by his own "crew". I bet the slimey little rat slinks off into the sewer where he belongs. He's getting just what he deserves. I sure hope you two follow through and make sure he pays the bill for court. I know you're both good people but don't let the vermin slide with this one.....

We don't have to follow through....it's called a Judgment...ordered by the court...and must be accomplished within 14 days...if not...then he is in contempt of court and we all know what will happen then....

Something else....of which we were in silence about...but now that it's all public knowledge...this rat has been trying to make us reveal our residential address...so we made sworn statements as to 'why' this information should not be given and asked the court to 'seal up' the documents pertaining to this...our statements included all the threats...to the extent of killing us....and a Judge ordered last month that there was enough evidence given that, although rare, he would grant the order to keep our address confidential. Any idea what it's like to live in constant fear? To have to install high tech CCTV cams at every angle with a vid monitor displaying all the cam views...day in and day out????....just on the outside chance that this RAT found us?...if he found our residence he would do just as he did in Dec 2003 when he ratted out my home in Holland!

......Over the last couple of years I have had to put away my cravings to be an unlicensed exterminator...mainly by geographical location.......I could have ended up behind the wrong sort of bars...........so we took it to the court....

Over the pub at lunch time I had a nice plate of bangers and mash and heard a bit of Motzart....


There were all of these photographers around (not for me...lol)......for Macca......some of them had great big camera's....

Best wishes for your mom, Dutch. Mine is 81, a 2 time cancer surviver with diabetes. These old folks are tough. Just have to smother them with love.

Hopefully, the rat will call it a end and live up to what the court ordered. I hope nothing but the very best for the both of you and your families. No one deserves to be put through all this shit. I'm just glad to hear your getting over some of it.

Very sorry Dutch to hear what happen to your family. That is very low what the rat did and also ratting you out. I remember the day you posted the thread. I couldn't believe the pictures you posted. I hope this ruling gives you some relief and some joy. I know going through the bust at your place. Can never be forgotten, but at least this rat got what he deserved in court. I still have some of the seeds you sent me from those wonderful plants you where growing at the time. As soon as I'm up and running this april. I'll be germing all of them and making more seeds. I'll send you a bunch and you can relive through them.

I'm glad to hear that you've prevailed in the courts Gypsy,
I can only hope that the payback they get in life takes the
low road and delivers the misery they deserve. Good fortune
and kharma are on your side, btw I rode in an elevator (lift to
you Brits) with Paul & Linda McCartney in '73 as I recall while in
Montreux @ the jazz festival. I had to say something to them
but had no idea what it would be, "Sorry to be staring at you
guys" was the best I could come up with as they smiled, Paul
spoke up asking me if I'd be joining them at the tables as we
were all headed to the casino attached to the Montreux Palace.
I was rather in awe at being in the presence of such greatness,
I saw them again later that night at the Roberta Flack concert
as they stood backstage watching the show.

You have both shown great restraint, anyone would have messed with my mother would end up in a sausage casing, but you did have the satisfaction of the court doing the dirty work. How proudly the mongrat has been crowing about reopening seeds direct, that lasted about as long as pope john paul I papacy.

Well this situation gave me a scare a year or so ago, not knowing either side of the story being new to the online canna world and just ordering beans from Seed Botique when I caught word of it. I just kinda of withdrew to myself occasionally checking in to see how it all played out. A few months ago I got a feeling that Gypsy was being wronged and I started posting again. I am glad it all worked out for you, I really enjoy this site and having someone to talk with about growing. Glad you all are safe
