Is this a skiers thread?? I dont think so two, gripe about snowboarders on your own thread!@! We love to ride these sticks its awesome!!

i ski and ride, and I can argue on both sides of the issue.
when I ski I dont chop shit up because I know how to ski....i prolly do more damage on a snowboard.
...but beginners on skis that think they wanna "run" before they can "crawl" hack up a terrain park ....and piss people off.
I'm hittin' breckenridge tomorrow but gonna be on skis.
...there shoulden't be a beef between ski and board.

forgot bout this thread. went snowboarding for 4 days straight at Copper Mtn., last day was Christmas day! was a great trip and had some snow while we were there too. love my new gear, having your own boots truly makes a big difference! a board and bindings i could trust was very nice. its amazing how much sharper it was compared to rentals, carving was a breeze. no injuries and only slight soreness! further cemented my love of the Rockies.

I love the Sierra NV's were gonna get 5 feet in 3 days (at least 5 feet) !!!!!! Looks like next week we'll be busting out in the deep powder.
my buddy just got back from tahoe. i was supposed to go with, but broke my neck a little bit ago. they flew in to san diego, drove to san fran for some buds. guess they got cheese, bubblegum, and some edibles from a club too. he said the snow wasn't as good because not all of the runs were open at heavenly and kirkwood i think.

I got 9 inches in my yard already and probably another 9 to come. Kirkwoods got 60 inches already and predicting another 40. We'll be riding some powder for awile I think

I went to Mt. Whistler a few weeks ago on a huge road trip from California. We showed up right after that HUGE storm hit and seriously guys.......it was heaven.
5 foot snowbase with seriously 3.5 feet of awesome powder in the trees and on the top of the mountain. Leaned all the way back on the back foot, you couldn;t make a mistake. impossible to catch an edge or even come close. it was perfect
not to mention the 19 year old legal drinking age [ im 20], B.C buds [which are damn good but aren't bay area buds haha], and a horrible 18 hour drive both ways. uuggg

Can't wait to do some riding here in a few weeks. Going to Lake Tahoe soon, then it's off to CO in Feb.

AK has been gettin hammered this last week. We got over 2 feet locally and 3+ in the mountains. Went up to hatchers yesterday and it was EPIC all day long. So good...im heading back up there today. Enough powder for everyone. Little chilly though....lookin at about 5F for the high....hope the sun will peak out a little more.
