i just have to say WOW again..what an amazing aroma and bouquet!!! the smell is just incredible...the stinkiest most deliscious FUEL/SOUR/diesel smell ever!! agan i get lucky!!! out of the final five seeds from drchronic..i get the deliscious smelling pheno!!! i hope it turns purple!!! but it is deffinitely the phenotype i had before that smelled like ruby red grapefruit ....alli know is this smell is devine i cant stop smelling the plant!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope i get more phenos from the five seeds that popped up from seedbay!! i cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!

When it comes to New York City diesel, no one does such a comprehensive and detailed grow as me...at least i dont think. I am dedicated to this strain..i love it...ir eally do. I work a full time job, yet i find time to crack seeds and find those golden nuggets of beautiful phenos, but somas NYCD has captured my heart...simply look at this plant

^^ The female pitured is from the second pack i bought from dr chronic on 2006. If you go to page one i describe the entire experience at length. Withing the first few pages are the plants & phenos i got within the first five seeds i cracked.

I recently( a few pages ago) cracked the remaining last five seeds from that pack of new yrok city diesel from dr chronic. I got three duds and one male..and one female which is what is show now. It is actually and luckily my favorite phenotype!!! the purple ruby red sweet pheno!!

i will be updating with some pics tonight! its filling in with just plain water!! the organic blood meal & worm castings and guano seem to work awesome!!! very few fan leaves have died!!! and its just starting to turn purple now!! i just noticed!!!!

I then got a pack from soma himself(with the new logo imprint) directly from dutch grown from seedbay.com!! these seeds had a 100% germ rate and i cracked 5 more NYCD seeds a few weeks ago and tthey are doing great in cups!!!!i actually have the pheno i want so now im hunting for a nice male to do a nice cross with!!!

i imagine a nice stinky nycdmale crossing the mothers i have in veg now? -

How many distinct phenos of NYCD have you observed? I grew out 3 NYCD F2's and they all appeared to be different (I kind of expected more variation with the F2's anyway).

A) was green in color, lemon w/ decent buzz
B) turned purple towards the tail end of flowering, decent buzz
C) Green in color. Beautiful dank, pungent, ammonia-lemon-pinesol smell when finished and very resinous. Very strong buzz and was more cerebral than the A or B.
