re - psychosis

re - psychosis

,,,i've heard of and sampled the psychosis an i agree the stone is a lot more stoned than the cheese ,,,resin production and bud density arent as good as the cheese though,,,i got offered this clone a while back but was put off because the man said the yield was terrible ,,,,i'm not sure if the clones still going about locally so i'll check ,,,,,,i think psychosis is a great strain name

Psychosis

Psychosis

Hi Hazy - not sure if its the same Psychosis because the yields I get are generaly better per plant than the cheese (for about a week or so longer in flower) - but then a lot of people will tell you that the cheese is not a great Yielder - its all relative

hawyn - how's it going bro. I have not tried any of your guys work. I've been wanting to try the frost out for awhile now. I would really like to see bid dust a schrom with frost pollen. I think those would make some unique tasters. I'm gonna come out that way in april so I can;t wait to try all of the OD tropical grown flavours. I have an ablert walker goign to go into my personal veg room to be flowered out. I've just smoked docs many times, never flowered her out myself yet, so looking forward to it. Anyways take care bro. peace

I can't wait until someday we sequence the genome of cannabis and see truly what these strains are determine relations, origins and true uniqueness.

Skunk #1 is the common "sweet" skunk found everywhere. Skunk #2 is the "roadkill" skunk. Both of these cuts originate from the same genetic background, with one leaning towards its Afghani heritage. Sam Skunkman enjoyed the sweet phenos so much he bred out the skunky ones thus making the skunk #2 a RARE clone only. Sam has also stated he still has seeds of the line skunk #2 came from.....and he has no will to bring about the Roadkill or to put the beans of a HIGHLY sought after strain into the hands of a respected breeder. Hopefully the Roadkill Skunk won't go the way of the dodo and countless other land races and interesting strains.

With the way a majority of the people act on the forums I dont blame Sam for not having the will to do anything with Skunk #2. The entire forum as a whole have lost their way and have no respect for the old timers who made all of this possible.

Can you blame him?

I don't blame him for not wanting to work on them. I'm sure he has had a long a successful career and no longer has anything to prove. But that doesn't mean i think he shouldn't get the old school beans into the hands of someone like JLP to work with. Someone who isn't corrupted by the almighty dollar and will actually get these beans out there TO THE PEOPLE. I think this could help out a lot of med patients as well as make for some awesome crosses.

lol skunk 1 may be a top breeding strain.

LOL but this is a elite clone/ heirloom thread, i do believe atleast

Cheese = Skunk #1

Cheese is an 'elite' clone.

Skunk #1 is slowly becoming an heirloom variety.
