got some Staffordshires for sale here locally, $200 per pup. but...my wife and i just re-carpeted the whole house so it's a "no" for another dog at the moment. i agree, albeit reluctantly. she might go for another Giant Schnauzer or a standard poodle in a few years...

I don't know what she is. She's a mix of something. Boxer, Pit, Lab, who knows. She was a stray. The shelter just had her listed as mixed breed. I may get a DNA test but I'm not sure of the accuracy of the kits you can get online. It doesn't really matter what she is. She's my baby regardless of breed.

Well if I were to guess she is more pit than you think but like you say she is your girl and that’s all that matters.

She's definitely part pit but what else is the unknown. I'm inclined to think she's a Pitbull/Labrador mix aka Pitador or Labrabull.

You think so? I hear the same and different from a variety of people. One friend that has a Pitbull says he didn't see any Pitbull in her while another friend said she definitely has some pit. You're the first to say that she's just pit.

Two XL bully dogs are shot by farmer after killing 22 pregnant sheep

David Hughes, 26, of Pen y Wern, Rhosllanerchrugog, Wrexham, appeared at the city's magistrates' court and admitted being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control.

The farmers own dogs, attacked 70 sheep, killing 22, and turned on the farmer. It's a good job he had a gun, as they are not easy to get a license for. What would of happened next.

The fact over half of deaths are now attributed to this one breed, is all I need to hear. We don't need them.

Do sheep dogs kill sheep or are they bred to herd them? I wonder what a lab is good for. Hey if I go hunting for a deer do I use a 45 ACP or .30-06. , what about an elk or moose, bear 300 mag? Hmm? Sheepdogs do kill sheep - but they are shot immediately. I think with other breeds you might have people trying to make excuses for their dog, but with farms, everyone knows what needs to happen to a stock killer. If they don't do it once, and die - they don't do it once.

Went to petsathome the other day and saw a huge xl bully the size of a small horse.

so right application for the job at hand. XL Bully neat dog but not really that functional. English Bulldog another genetic dead end and are kept around despite the fact the dog suffers. We can rationalize any kind of stupid shit if we want it bad enough .
