Looking for a legit cut of GDP

It’s definitely skunky. I do get a candy lemon/lime skittles sour smell during flower, starting around week 5. It seems the longer she goes the less citrus and more gas you get. I ran her 80 days last cycle with Masterblend instead of organics and it came out much closer to how I remember it but not quite there.
The amazing sour I’ve experienced was as a customer in the 2002-2009 timeframe in CT. It was so unmistakable and remarkable. Wonder if I should try coco and simple Lucas formula.
Hoping Flower Power found what he lost and can help me further dial her. We’ll have to start a new thread and share our experiences with this one FP.

Yes, LED. I ran her under CMH and LED this winter and she had less color I think.
This is where we differ which is aok
Smell flavor absolutely but the strength was definitely not her strong suite at least for me
Hints why the original fell to the wayside more often than not
We are often spoiled and often jaded
And we make faults
But we all can agree we miss that sour punch you in your face reek when u crack the jar

I would love to trade you some beans of my Cartier Diesel x Kens cut GDP x Fourm Cut GSC. I've always wanted to run the Stardawg Corey cut or some beans someone S1. If not I completely understand and sorry to bother.The real deal Granddaddy Purple clone is a real rare 1 , the legit cut anyway.
I've done alot of work with it around a decade or more ago and was an Amazing strain.
I've never seen a GDP cut like that again , kens GDP which I used to think was the Original comes knowhere near the real deal and Kens GDP seeds even further from the real deal GDP clone .
Shout to the guy who shared her with me all those years back,
The guy said his crew had it forever and didn't know much info apart from it been around forever in his circle ( I might of forgotten some info) .
my cut is long gone now but I made 1000's of seeds with her back then and still have seeds and hybrids I made with her back then that I bust out every few years and bring a hybrid back into the clone circle or breeding room.
Wish you luck with your search and would be cool just to see the real deal clone is still alive out there.

Do they? No one acts like it. I keep hearing claims of desires that aren't materializing or expressing in the real world. Breeders claim they bred out loud obnoxious volatile solvent pungent cannabis on purpose, during the 80s or 90s. They'll surely be able to bred it back in, since Cali has been medical for how long now? "I got 99 plants and Skunk ain't one.." 2023-1996 that's 27 years the California breeders have had to breed loud back in without fear.
What's changed since legalization and weed got less loud. Fertilizer companies now owned by Cali potheads. Youtube growers have replaced gardening books. Thc isolate propaganda. Terpene this terpene that. When growers started pushing humic acid but wouldn't tell you why.. Let's look at the chemical composition of humic acid: C187H186O89N9S1. That's an ass load of H and C. The lame terpenes everyone has been talking about the last 2 decades (thanks to GW pharma from what I can gather) can be characterized by the following:
Huge energy sinks. Huge hydrocarbon sinks. Lame. Weak. Non characteristic of Cannabis. Non receptor active. Headache inducing. Nostril burning.
Sulfur on the other hand. Some growers claim Cannabis only needs 10 ppm. Others match S to P one for one, and run twice as much NPK as any hydro chart to make as much cysteine and methionine as possible. Nitrogen is now demonize. Especially by organic growers who's nitrogen is consumed largely by microbes. Never met an organic grower who didn't do better from more NPK. But they'll put sugar in their soil before adding ammonium sulfate. Add 3 lbs of sucrose to a yard it smells like soil. Add 15 lbs and it'll smell like lemongrass or some lame hydrocarbon. You are what you eat. Modern weed is doterra weed. We can let the breeders tell us how epigenetics is genetic and how much is "environmental".

I've had the clone for over a decade and have run all the we'll known ECSD clones , and the Original Diesel clone only smashes them all.
And the S1's produce amazing offspring, better than all the weak sauce Diesel cuts that get passed around these days
