They're traditional sausages but are soaked in the red sweet syrup they put pork spare ribs in...it's very sweet. Don't think I'd buy again. Next time it's Sausage Guy sausages 👍 Check him out! I've eaten his product
They sell them bulk at Costco these days, and in smaller lots at Kroger/Fred Meyer up here.

Uncured Aidell's andouille sausage, no-sugar-added ketchup, and sliced red onions on softened Big Small Bread from Silver Creek Bakery. Homemade Caesar dressing on an organic salad, including most of the regular items and some freshly cooked garbanzo beans.
