Question for the Cherry Bomb experts: I live at 35 degreesN, at 5000 ft elevation. Is it too late to start seeds for an outdoor grow?
Typical 1st freezes range from mid October to mid November. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Start them now (full moon) or soon! Growing the Cherry Bomb now, both indoors 12/12 and outdoors.

Thanks Aridbud.
I started a couple of seeds outdoors a couple of weeks ago, but the seeds/sprouts got picked off by birds or lizards ??.
I just planted two more and placed them directly into 12/12. As soon as they show sex, i will plant outside if female.
When did you plant your cherry bombs?

Veg them hard, make 'em grow big. Mr. G grew one that produced 5 lbs.

Also, if you are up for something different, pick out the green stem ones.
I call those 7-Up.

Indoors, I started 2.5 weeks ago 12/12 through out....takes ~ 3-3.5 mos. seedling to harvest in 5 or 7 gallon nursery bucket.

Outdoors, Mr. G Cheery Bomb are on their 4th week, 7 gallon. Winds whipping/thrashing about, covered with large plastic trash bin and brick on top. They're going there I have pole beans, large tomato vines to blend in.

Just germinated Green Gelato/GG4 outdoors on the 5th.

What's the cherry bomb smoke like? Is it a racy high, euphoric or lonh lasting type of buzz. Cant see much in a way of smoke reports

euphoric, long lasting and with a taste of Luden's Cherry cough drops. There is a reason why this strain has been grown for a very long time.

Thanks man, I know it's a heirloom for a reason but I thought I read somewhere in the past that it's very introspective of medium potency. I have the seeds but been hesitant to pop them as introspective isn't my thing. Uplifting and euphoria is

Agreed. Euphoric and chill, cherry cough drops with a hint of Hawaiian Fruit Punch on exhale.

Any other sources? And how good are the Cherry Bomb from Swami? Do they still have the original or close the originals by Mr.GreenGenes?

My understanding is that Mr Greengenes provided seeds to Swami to work them and make them available.
iirc, he talked about it in the threads.
I got mine from Swami. I am not aware of any other sources.

Thank you Sir! VerdantGreen
Would you like do a thread or at least some updates in one of the threads about CB when you do your repro, please?
Excited to see what you will do with it and try them myself, same for your Bluedigiberry.
Looks like excellent work done with that line from what i have read and seen about it, chapeau!

Hello Alpenglow,
. I'm doing a grow and a reproduction of Cherry 🍒 Bomb 💣 over the next two seasons. I'm simultaneously doing a grow and reproduction of Mother of Pearl. So the reproduction that gets done first will depend upon the quality of the best male of the two. If I get multiple males of one strain and only one of the other it will be an open pollination. Then the following season I will go with a male donor from the opposite strain. In the process I will have two versions of the same hybrid with reversed parental donors, but not the same parents. I have dreamed for years to have Mr.Greenjeans Cherry Bomb and to have this particular Thai x Ogers Kush(Oregon Kid)80's.

All my genetics are sitting on hold for a few years now. I will certainly be donating some of the seeds when I'm done.
Peace farmerlion
