Sounds like low hanging fruit.
There were well over hundred Capitol Police officers with injuries serious enough to require medical attention. That’s a LOT of felonious assault charges that won’t be easily plead down to time served. Then there’s all of the lowlife scum that trashed congressional offices, stole congressional property and damaged the Capitol Building. There’s also those that conspired in the actual planning/advertising of the storming, as well as those that placed weapon caches in the streets surrounding the Capitol Building.
I bet it’s a GREAT time to be graduating law school in the DC area. I bet the prosecution has hired hundreds, maybe thousands of new grads to their prosecution department. It takes time to put cases together, but I expect to hear about them all around the next election cycle.

Reading about the sniveling, whining cowards in that DailyMail piece reminds me of that old saying, “if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime”.
I was going through the list of domestic terrorists i posted, and saw that Richard Barnett was out on bail but the QShaman was not. Barnett must have some pretty good lawyers considering the charges against him. I can’t help but wonder if he’s paying the lawyers with the free socialist PPP cash he got from the government he tried to overthrow. Irony.
