This is a small Rainbow Bridge plant, strictly outdoor, that I'm trying to make it survive the winter ...
It is located in a micro-greenhouse, facing south ...
It seems hibernating, it does not grow but at the same time it does not perish, we will see if I succeed in this attempt ...

Ps, it is deliberately folded to the side and tied, a matter of space

I have ben testing this same concept with about twenty Zamal clones in solo cups, that are sitting under lights scheduled for 20 day/ 4 night. Thus far the light schedule has prevented any flowering, in all but four of them, which I then topped off to make more clones.

My outdoor guerrilla irrigation project materials are unlikely to arrive before the seasonal rains arrive in early April, so I decided to try and keep these clones indoors until then. I top off any that grow taller than the others, and turn those tops into more clones.

So far, this small forest of clones are growing at a manageable rate, but it remains to be seen if they get so rootbound as to weaken, over the two months remaining before the rains arrive.

You should be rightly proud of that beautiful plant. Wish I had a Congolese like that.

I guess my only negative comment would be that it is maybe too much of a good thing. Sometimes a few pics every few weeks tell the story better, rather than heaps of shots every few days, that tend to always look the same. Fantastic plant none the less.

Primo!

Better too much of a good marihuana inna marihuana forum, than too much of... You know what I mean.

Indeed. Isn't it a bit quiet in the threads these days or am I imagining it?

Here are VB S1's, I really didn't plan on flowering these seed plants out but decided at the last minute just to top them and flip them. I can see why it was recommended to flower clones in such tight quarters. 5 plants
This lets me know what I am working with and which if any will run again or some seeds made.

The real thin one I am not sure about....no experience here...am wondering if it will finish reasonably close to the others? I am really curious about that one because it stands out but....

6 months (+ 24 weeks) of flowering, seems to me too long... Are you sure? I didn't think it would go beyond 20 weeks...

Without a greenhouse, my mountain climate doesn't allow me to go beyond the first fortnight of January easily; the coldest winters, like this year's, until January 6th.

Holaaa... I have practically finished harvesting my 2020 crop, except for these little buds:

Small isolated low buds, left unharvested to see their evolution:

7-January-2021 :

In my Sierra Morena it hardly ever snows every 5 or more years: some day of the worst winters a thin layer of snow can fall that barely set on the ground. Despite being far north of the famous Sierra Nevada (from which the others omonyms of the American continent take their names), our ceiling of about 1400 meters (I live somewhat below 900) is very far from its 3500.

But my 5-year-old niece who lives with me had asked the 3 Wise Men of the East ("los 3 Reyes Magos de Oriente") that it snow "like in foreign Christmas movies" ...
... And if you live in the Iberian Peninsula or Northwest Africa, you already know what happened: the Arctic storm "Filomena" descended as far south as the Canary Islands and Western Sahara, causing the heaviest snowfalls of which it finds historical references. (and that it did so in points where it had never snowed) in Morocco, Algeria, Portugal and Spain ...
It only lasted a few days, and then the temperatures rised again and everysnow melted ...
