Mossy...Anybody. I need help. Heres the scoop. I just planted a few seeds. Im trying a new thing this time. I put just plain peat moss into 8oz cups. Then I went to add water and it just kinda hung on top. So I mixed it in and then it absorbed but it was like jello and some drained right out of the bottom not retaining hardly any water. Is this normal? Did I do it right?

damn so many reply's. mossy im giving everything i have a run. i got quite a few of those heavy yielder's in the mail although most were damaged in shipping i think i have 5 or so good ones to try my luck at. you've gotten me excited as hell over your hybrid's. my season starts mid april or somewhere around that area. meaty i know exactly what you mean. peat absorb's alot of water its just hard to get it to. i say you take some kind of screen and just run lot's of water over it. same thing with peat pot's they are held together with mesh so you just soak them in water for about 5 minutes to get them to absorb it. that's real dissapointing new's to hear about our buddy. i hope everything turns out the best it can for him.

deft from another thread i read your from north east. you have plenty of time. even if you have your micro box flowering it's last two weeks you can throw seedlings in there as they wont flower.

smOke..while you are mooching about..have a look at this queer little bird..




remember those 3 little stunted ones that had been left in the same pot. I threw them into the cabinet..to see what happened. Two of them sucked their bums up through their necks..and promptly pegged out..BUT this one started to grow...but strangely.
Then I noticed that it had greenfly..probably due to the stress..so I put it back in the tent. No water..no heat..very little natural light. When I looked at it this morning..it has grown again. It looks like 2 different plants...look at the newer, top leaves..they are smooth...no saw tooth edges...
She does look Odd.
I am going to give her a soapy wash..to kill the greenfly..and if it survives..I will put it back in the cabinet.

that's an intresting little plant. you know what strain she is? none the less if you can get rid of her pest's she'll deffiently produce some weed. how much weed do you expect to pull out of that 600 watt cabinet? cool thing about indoor growing is you can compare your gram to watt ratio's over a couple of grow's and improve your yielding. 1 gram per watt is superb and .5 grams per watt is about average i think. just take's a little getting to know the set up.

Mine was a very poor producer, it was the runt of my batch that went out (and the only one to survive till harvest), I stuck it in a realy bad spot because of realy low light and crappy soil. Funny that low light would do that eh?

heh, i guess we're posting back and forth. i always try to avoid low light by any mean's. always keep in mind natural vegatation will grow alot over the summer.

anyone talked to micro lately? i havent seen him in a good while. last time i heard he had people staying over or somthing.

Meaty..I have a Goose for christmas day..I got out-voted on the Piglet..what 'cher got?
I am not sure what is happening with the cabinet..everything seems to have stopped..and I am not sure why.
I am worried it is the night temps..along with the rest of Europe, we have had a big drop off. I am thinking of changing the light cycle..so that it keeps max temps through the night. What do you think...

It looks like it to me Gantz..but I had a feel..and it doesnt feel as if she is. One of the 3 stunted ones was male..so it is possible..
I have been inspecting her..and I have to say..she is a Minger..
and she stinks of BLACKCURRANT...
I am happy as hell with that.
INFACT..I WILL SMOKE TO IT..
I am going to try the Swazi...it is Friday night after all. and I am ready to PARTY..

I've got a bug too. Started gettin a cough yesterday morning and then started to get a chilled/weird skin feeling and definate fatigue. Just got done sleeping about 12.5 hours and I must say I feel much better. Too bad I'm out of harvest, it would really help right now.

Yep..that sounds like the start of it..but it lasts for weeks...and you have to be a dedicated smoker to attempt to smoke through it.

Mossy.. How is the swazi? I can imagine it's a cerebral sativa high, what does it taste/smell like? It looks good as hell.
Fortunately I don't have the bug, but if I did I think this hash would rip me apart..
