I think everything depends on what your standards are
If your standard is italian handmade icecream, then Haagen Dasz is mid quality
If your standard is Haagen Dasz then a Mega icecream is mid quality

If your standard is Punto Rojo brick 80s and Paraguayan brick 80s, then mexican weed is mid quality according to most southamerican travellers of that time I spoke to because they all came back missing and craving the southamerican weed. I never been to Mexico nor smoked mexican weed myself so I cant judge. But I just tell you what I heard of other southamerican backpackers of that time from mexican and guatemalan weed
If your standard is dutch weed, I guess mexican weed or any other landrace is top notch quality

From SamS corner, so far the one I like more is Mex/Hz x Hz/Sk. If it is a representation of a true mexican or not I dont know, but I like it, active feelgood weed

I am used to haze from Tom Hill if that helps... I think you know what I am used to LOL

what I like on mexican genetics I had that honor to grow, mostly cannabiogen work, is that it is up-tempo weed, energetic enough for me and provide enough of euphoric happiness. brings positivity to my life. I cant smoke trippy jungle weed everyday, and dont want

good mexican weed should work like this hehe. push the tempo!

@ maha ,lots of calyx action on those girls ,
a little stretched out though because old mate tries to grow flowers and veg a the same time ,
which as we know doesn't really work too well ,
but there is some nice flowers on those that haven't stretched due to the extra undesired nitrogen ...

funkyhorse Im also really liking the mex haze x o. Haze/skunk I think the only place to buy more is breeders retail. I haven’t bought anything from them yet but they seem to be the only place for a few things I need to buy.

yea i still have seeds of the thh x c99 and i would like to grow some more and make some f2 ,
they are a good one for sure , mostly big chunkers ,
with the occasional skinny haze throwback ....

Previous experiment with this NL5xHz 91 line has been very succesful. Nl5xHz F3 x Chocolate Thai sativa was much better than the mother
She was born mutant and is a small girl in a 5 liter pot
This NL5xHz 91 x THH girl sexed outdoors and was brought indoors because she wasnt developing well in the cold nights

Sub24ox7 The Mex/Hz x Hz/Sk I grew were from Breeders Retail, they look like your tall girls. I tried 4 seeds, all girls. I didnt have the short bush pheno you show
I didnt think I was able to finnish them outdoors so I sent them out end of february with 30 days in the 11/13 room. 2 of them sexed outdoors and the other 2, the tallest ones, showed first pistils indoors. And outdoors end of february they didnt reveg like the other pure sativas, they kept flowering so they finnished 2nd half of may this way

They took longer than the other haze lines for me to revegetate they got to almost 3 and a half foot from a cutting to get back to 5 leaves. The most bushy I will run again has a lot of variegation after reveg.. I got 7 females out of the mex haze and skunk haze. I like the skunk haze too! I’m going to buy more of them too. Well I kept 2 cuttings of all 7 plants (mex haze)because I will possibly run them all again.

Yes, that sweet herbal musk idk how to describe it honestly but yes I smell skunk#1 in most with o. Haze mixed in. A couple smell more haze. No dead skunk, but I have never smelled skunk in skunk#1. Maybe something akin to a skunky beer yes I have in skunk#1. No skunk beer

None of the Skunk#1 plants I grew smelled like a skunk either. I was curious if others had the same results. Anything with skunk in the name has no skunk aroma. This needs to change

flowering mother plant, had to make room in mother room. This plant would have been 15foot tall at least (the seed plant) was the most vigorous I had.
