Hello Sleepy

cheers for looking in m8, adds a certain zest to a thread if it ain't a monologe lol. i realy do believe coco could help alot of folks get more out of their garden with less hard work, but mainly i love it cause its ao fast.

here we are again 2 days since the last pics, makeing it day 11 of 12/12 which remember is only the 15th day since they were planted into those coco slabs. before that they spent 8 days in the cubes all together under one lamp, as you see in the first pics.

ladies and gents, day 11 of 12/12:

and now without the glare of hps distorting the colors...enjoy...!:whip::wink:

right thats that for day 11 of 12/12 as you can see they are clones no longer lol.

peace......gm

right 2 more days later....

right 2 more days later....

Day 13 of 12/12

as you'll see this is about the time to hang a net over them so that if it all works and the buds get heavy, they have some support so the plant can use its energy on buding and not on trying to hold up the buds.

when you see them now you'd never imagine that they only had 4 days f veg. but thats typical coco growth lol.

the next two pics are the same plant but from below and above to show how very often the lowest branches will create a branch that grows through the canapy and ends up being a secondary top cola. so i never cut any branches off, nor any fan leafs for that matter. i don't believe in cuting off live and healthy bits of the plant unless its for cloneing puposes.

ok and now once again without the grow lamps on...

so what do you think about the growth rate on this system? not bad eh?

peace out:wave:

gaius:joint:
ps hope i'm going fast enough for ya OH, lol.:biglaugh:

I love Coco cubes and I use Xtreme starter cubes for all my cloning and growth now in lava rocks. The Cocoa provides a very natural environment for the plants I think.

On BOG's forum he talks about nitrozyne during the first phase of bloom. Check it out. I started using nitrozyne as well at that time.

Looking Good with those Big Girls.

Hello

Hello

High there; Avid Lerner, Harry Gypsna, Organic Hydro, HOVA and Sleepy

@ Avid Lerner

thanks man, i'm a coco fan if there's a medium to beat it i haven't seen or heard of it yet lol.

yeah i hear alot of folks talking about nitrozyme, i'd love to try it out.

@ Harry Gypsna

Hey man thanks for stoping by, not quite a uker, but thats where i learned my english so well spotted.the see of green has something special about it eh? thanks for the compliment m8, it is a nice view isn't it? :)

@ Organic Hydro

man i think even on a dail up these thumb prints aren't gonna take more then a few seconds or a minute. if i was uploading full size images i would get where your comeing from. but i think most folks enjoy seeing a bit of an in depth look.

@ HOVA

cheers i do try and get as much info accross as possible, as in my opinion thats what its all about. details, a whole row of details, any one of why can be the downfall of the whole grow if its not right. but make sure you get all the details right and watch that baby grow.:biglaugh:

@ Sleepy

LOL:biglaugh: thanks man, hehe. its a prety cool setup eh? i just been at your thread, very interesting. i love your grow tube or what ever its called lol.

many thanks for all your coments, much appreciated.

peace out

Hi there Gaius .....

Hi there Gaius .....

.... Hope you dont mind, im gonna post a couple of pics to ask ur opinion.....

Sorry m8, slightly more than a couple, I got a bit carried away there  ...... they are all the same plant.... Towely's treasure, I have lods of pics of her in my gallerey.... I put these here, as you are obviously a fukin SOG-Zen-Master :canabis: , and i want ur advice...
Now, Capt Crip(who bred this) and myself bith think it looks like a good SOG plant(obviously the pic of it as a massive plant, it was vegged and trained 3 months  for that, lol, but its these long, crystal laden colas that have us interested, lol. So, what do u reckon, ....about her SOG-ability then mate????

this is a clone of the same plant taken on March 27th..... ill get a new one tionight, this clone will have been in flower for 21 days this coming sunday...that makes it 16 days now........ it stretches quite a bit after 12/12 starts! Im going to try a little mini-SOG with it in soil to see how I do.

Once again, sorry for the Hijack friend.
Be lucky now, and dont wear out the green fingers you so obviously have!

Hi again Harry Gypsna,

wow that some nice plant you got there bro, not all that much longer and you'll be faced with the daunting task of triming her lol.

as to how she would do in a sog? that depends, on a couple of things, basicly any plant can be used in a sog, you just need to know how she grows so you can give her the right amount of veg time. if its a bushy plant, that tends to stretch alot in the first 2 weeks of 12/12, then you put 20 per sq meter for example. but if its a one cola plant then you might want to put 25 or 30. these things have to be found out through trial and error as every strain will have its own traits.

don't be sorry, its not a hijacking at all m8, i love looking at and chating about herb. i don't know about "sog-Zen-master", as you put it lol. i feel very honoured though, thanks. i had great oportunitie to learn about this methode of growing and all the ins and outs. i can't realy go into details but suffice it to say that practice makes perfect, until you can do it in your sleep. so to speak.

thanks for shareing your pics man,

peace.........gm:wave:
PS: should i slow dwn to one update a day? or try and catch up to the present as quick as poss?

Hi mate......

Hi mate......

......... Im glad you liked her, as for the daunting task of trimming, those pics are a couploe months old now, she is down, trimmed dried, and indeed all smoked now, lol....still aint had enough to be able to go for long cures yet, but Im getting there!
Ill get a couple of pics of the clon, and the plant of the same which i have in ine of the Aquafarms., i just took 8 nice clones off this little LST'd clone which is my new momma of this strain!

, ill be putting another mommo in a bubbler though as I got great results fom a mom in a bubbler before, getting fantastic strong, and even big if I want cuttings! shame that strain was no good, but the results were still encouraging!
anyway, im just gonna watch my TV show before going out to the grow, so im off now, catch you later matey....
Oh ye, i remeber where I seen u before now....in the Waterfarm experience thread right?...over at "the other place" :biglaugh: mine are starting tolook a bit like NBG's now finally! will be able to flower that soon too! I went a bit grow nuts earlier this year so I got my head full of shit I wanna do, lol.
Be lucky :joint: :canabis: :friends:
Harry

EDIT PS, Slow down with the updates...????....
Hell no man, keep em coming an get it up to date, lol that is of course if that what u wnna do mate, U know we all wanna see!

wow, amazingly fast growth from those coco plants. I will definitely keep up with this thread...btw, how much did you yield last harvest from this space that took 9 hours to trim?

From the moment that I started researching and preparing to start my own grow, I have been intrigued with DP's Power Plant. Many people I have talked with about it (that have grown or smoked it) says that it's an easy to grow, heavy yielding plant whose smoke is extremely potent and flavorful. The budshots on the various seedbanks of Power Plant are absolutely gorgeous. Such a colorful bud!

I had originally wanted to grow it first but Seedbay didn't have it offered at that time. In fact, I've only seen it offered once or twice and that was a few months ago but I already had a grow going and didn't have room for them. I still should have bought the seeds for down the line but cash was tight.

Just want to say that it's a beautiful thing to watch these updates! You have really got the touch, Gaius! Many thanks to you for posting this grow on Power Plant as there aren't many to be found anywhere. IMHO, Power Plant is one of the most overlooked strains out there and it needs more exposure like this! Well done, Gaius, well done!!
