Hi all, last night I smoked some Zamaldelica I grew last summer, getting this effect of living/enjoying every second in a way everything looked so clear and new, with my mind going pretty fast but with this strange and cool feeling that time was going so slow...how do you call this?

Welcome dirtyfingernail,

Thanks for your interest in our work. My best wishes for your Zamaldelica and Purple Haze Thai grow, hopefully you can find interesting plants to cross with your other favourite mothers.

You never cease to impress me with your updates Waldgeist :) Really nice flowers (well developed and dense) for such small pots, your plants speak of your passion and dedication for the plant.

I like a lot the mothers you keep of the different strains: your malawi selection is a solid killer pheno with great flower/leaf ratio, high yield and good resin production.
The Purple Haze Thai is a great expression with shorter flowering time than average, and the 2 Zamaldelicas ... Z1 is a nice fast flowering pheno while Z6 is a very sativa tropical pheno, her resins look promising in early flowering, i'm glad you are taming this one too ;)

Waldgeist,

Your Zamaldelica pictures are really making me want to pop some more of those seeds. They look great. Unless one of the plants that I am currently flowering or on deck turn out to be what I consider world class weed, another round of Zamaldelica will be next. Your grows are inspirational.

tip burn - check.

overfeeding by pistills? can you explain that further, thats new to me. ?
or you mean something like a 'shutdown' caused by nutes?

in general i planned to force her with PK now, its day 60 and it was planned to flower for double the time. N is out to a minimum now, shes green like forest.
hehe I think I fucked it this time, its maybe just too less lighthours for her genes...:whistling:

but doesn't look too bad otherwise:biggrin:

He means you might have excess salt build up from your nute. A lil trick you can do is to mix about 1ml of your nutes per gallon of water and pour till you have a good amount of run off and do it a couple times per day to leach out some of the salt. You may want to wait a week or two before introducing any pk.You still have plenty of time to let her recover id just take my time and keep feeding to a minimum. She really is a beauty though you did a good job with her.

:dunno: maybe its better if you come up here and learn from first hand experience on my tuna boat;)

I dont grow plants, usually they grow me. like this one.

Its not that hard, you'll need time to water twice per day or put it to an automated irrigation, the rest like nutritrion and other tweaks is very individual and depends on your setup.

Here's an update on my Zamaldelicas:

picture.php

Zamaldelica 02 (pictured) is showing many preflowers, autoflower trait, as of 10/07,
should I take cuttings with preflowers, or trim roots and pot up to get "clean"
new vegetative growth to make cutttings?

I would like to flower her out to see the results, and keep the mum.

The other seedling never went past the the first node after a
month of grinding teeth. Culled, so now I only have the Z 01 original
and the more recent Z 02.

No F2's till I get new seeds from Ace, natch.

The thread I started will continue to document my small box Zamaldelica adventures.
