Willie ought to have more sense by now. He's been busted enough times to know better than to invite trouble in this way!

What really pisses me off about this whole situation is that our borders in Hudspeth are completely open, the sheriff has witnessed this drug cartel/ government on one occasion trying to flank him and a news reporter (the sheriff walk away, and never followed through)and had a situation in HIS county where there was a standoff with border patrol and a drug cartel that had tactical gear, and armored hummers.

But that's not all, when all of this is happening east of El Paso in Hudspeth, about the same distance west, south of Deming, NM is Columbus, NM and the same BULLSHIT!!!! But what's worst is that the state of New Mexico allows these border patrol to pursue arrest in medical Cannabis. And let's not forget that there is a 100 mile Unconstitutional Border throughout all these cities and have already declared secretly martial law.

Now to me this does collide with prop. 19, why? Well what have people been talking about who opposed it, you loose rights. Who would allow someone to go into your wallet and take whatever amount they want for whatever they want. You want the military industrial complex, and prison industrial complex to stop, and actually protect our borders by bombing the shit out of the cartel, then be assertive with your rights. Why do you think the Federal Reserve fucked us the way they did, and I mean the world as a whole, we were not assertive enough, assertive like Andrew Jackson, who had 3 attempted assassinations because he went after the bankers (please watch Secret of Oz, Money Masters, and America: Freedom to Facism). Cannabis laws would be obsolete if We The People asserted our Rights. Not constitutional Rights, but natural Rights, given to you because you exist. "He who sacrifices freedom for security deserve neither," Benjamin Franklin. "Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws," Mayer Amschel Rothschild (1744 - 1812). Contemplate these two quotes and you'll realize this plant is too important to give up your rights of how to grow it as you see fit. I know everyone got bummed out with prop. 19, but get your ass in gear to do something/ ANYTHING, and lets all MAN THE FUCK UP. This shit is serious, it's a war. So start being assertive with your rights.

Please everyone research Alex Jones, Ron Paul, Michael Badnarik, Peter Schiff.

God Bless you Willie!

I call Dumbass on Willie, whom I like personally. If not all his music.
I mean to say what were the freaking odds? You know cops in TX have a hard on for weed busts. You know you are a target as you are always sticking your face in High Times and are a known pro-pot activist. You couldn't find another way to transport your weed? Six ounces may not sound like much if you live in Califuckingfornia but anywhere else thats enough weight to spend time in jail, especially since your dumbass has a record. And Texas? Texas for Christ's sake.
Slap!

Dude we know the New World Order is pretty fucked but if I make it to 77 years of human age I would roll around with 6oz too. Even if I am not a music legend. So in the words of the late Bill Hicks, "SUCK SATAN'S COCK"

I didn't know CA to Austin TX took you out of the fucking country and allowed the FEDERAL FUCK PIGS to raid your shit with out a warrant.

Southern Ca. to Austin doesn't take you out of the US, however, there are many "US Interior Border Patrol Checkpoints" all along the US/Mexico border.

Most are located 25 to 75 miles north of the Mexico border from the Rio Grand Valley in Texas to San Diego, Ca. Back in the late 70's early 80's there were only a few of these "US Interior Checkpoints" which made it much easier to bring illegal contraband North into the US, however, since the "War on Drugs" pushed the Cartels smuggling routes through Mexico, and then 9/11, theses fucking "US Interior Checkpoints" seem to be everywhere.

Willie Nelson know's where these checkpoints are located in Texas, everyone does, I just think ole Willie doesn't give a shit, and says Fuckem!

Give them hell Willie!

Thank god China will own this shit hole soon enough.

The Border Patrol / US Customs / Immigration / DEA can apparently set up check points anywhere within 100 to 150 miles of USA borders. Some of the check points are static, with built-up structures & lighting, while others are mobile.

Someday soon, we will need to have internal passports, visas to travel from one part of the country to the other, and "voluntary" strip searches and cavity searches upon demand. Look where commercial flying already has gotten to in this country.

Willie Nelson was caught with 6 OZ of cannabis, in Texas, and if he is only looking at a maximum of 6 months in jail, he would be lucky. I seem to recall that a Texan caught with a 1/2 LB was sentenced to 40 years in Texas prison not too long ago, with a presumption of "distribution". Could it be that having a rep as a major pot-head consumer of that ganja is actually a good thing? "No man, that key is for personal consumption, man -- about 3 months worth, man."

There is the USA Green Party already.

There is the USA Green Party already.

Willie Nelson After His Most Recent Pot Arrest: Let’s Start A Tea Pot Party!

In his first public interview post arrest, Willie tells CelebStoner: “There’s the Tea Party. How about the Teapot Party? Our motto: We lean a little to the left.”

For years NORML’s founder Keith Stroup has admonished cannabis consumers—the tens of millions of cannabis consumers in America—to stop voting for politicians who support arresting cannabis consumers.

If enough cannabis consumers get politically active and organize under Willie Nelson’s ‘Tea Pot Party’, voters in future may have a choice to support bona fide office seekers who support ending Cannabis Prohibition as Willie has just started a Facebook page announcing such.**

**And thereby ending the historical harassment by law enforcement of great musicians from coast to coast.

i posted this in another thread but thought it fit the bill

Of course, the USA Green Party is not centered around any single "hot button" political issue, either. And like the call-in questioner at one of Obama's Town Hall meetings during the 2008 campaign who repeated the numero uno internet poll question "Why not legalize cannabis?", a single issue "tea pot" party would gain a lot of notoriety, quite a few guffaws, and with little public respect. Look at how dismissive Obama has been about this issue.

Can Cali Defense Free Willie

Can Cali Defense Free Willie

Bruce Margolin Director of LA NORML said Willie Nelson "Has a chance to skirt the charges" Willie Nelson is facing a six to twenty four month sentence if convicted. "If he can convince the jury it was California medical marijuana and he forgot it was on the bus".

Has Bruce Margolin ever been to Texas? Willie won't beat the charges, he will do time, probably not as much as the average Joe Blow, but it's Texas where they love to put people in jail.

Bruce loves getting press attention. Anytime there is a pot related story regardless of which state it is in, he comments on it and asks to be quoted. I doubt he is even allowed to practice law in Texas, he just wants to spread his name more.

And ya, of all the states to be caught in, Texas is one of the worst. Sadly it doesn't look so good for Willie

Maybe it's not as bleak for Willie being busted in Texas as some might think.

After all, Willie Nelson is as much as a part of Texas as BBQ, Beer, Football, Religion, Rolex Watches, Expensive Cars, & Oil.

Willie Nelson is a native son of the state, and Willie and his music are loved & admired by all genders of all ages, and all professions. Judges, Students, Doctors, Ruff-Necks, Preachers, & Bums love Willie in Texas. And it would be difficult to find a jury anywhere in Texas to convict Willie Nelson of such a minor offense regardless of the evidence against him.

I'm betting he doesn't spend 1 day in jail over these charges. And if if wrong it won't be the first bet I've lost in my life, however, my money is on Willie!
