yes . i had 10 earthboxes. worked fine
i switched my style of growing. so they were given away. but they worked greatI too have been thinking about using an earth box... why did you stop using them?
I wouldnt put the perlite in the wick area.. They are made to wick the moisture up... just put the moonshine in and go
would bad bacteria (anaerobic) form at the wicking area due to limited or no oxygen? I have been watching these boxes/buckets take hold at other sites and it is usually mentioned as a caution.
No!
You add fresh water(& nutes if needed) every 2nd day. It's the same as a Hempy bucket.
just put soil in and go. earthboxes were designed well and use dry ferts. organic or chem both work. no need to add perlite in the bottom.,
