i remember during the primaries there was a website called bernietax.com where you can punch in your yearly salary and health care costs and see what you'd be saving, or, paying more under bernie.
most of my anti bernie friends that i showed this to had such cognitive dissonance that they couldn't believe the numbers. the average person would save about $3000-$5000 with medicare for all, which is probably more than the average person will get from trumps tax breaks, which will also end up raising your taxes in the year 2026 when the Trump tax plan runs out because the tax figures revert back to pre-trump. i'd rather be taxed for health care than permanent tax cuts for billionaires.
