POLLOCK. People turn their nose at it and call it a trash fish, but I think its just fine. Bought 3lbs for $15. The seafood wholesalers around here have no one to sell to with all of the restaurants closed, so one of them is capitalizing on the crisis and selling fish for cheap curbside.
