This is the last one I made. Rao sauce, Caputo flour 4 days cold ferment, 1 part mozzarella, 2 parts jack, 1 part sharp cheddar, 1 part asiago, shredded clove of garlic on top, pinch of McCormick Italian seasoning on top-- cook at 750 F bottom and 650 F top for 3.5 minutes. Cooked in a pan in a Breville electric pizza oven.

I like these from Thailand more than the japanese and others. This one has the thin noodles.

With a bit tomatoe they are okay though. They also had KimChi which was the best and spieciest tasting but for a few years i can't find KimChi anymore. :(

I used to have those a lot. Have you ever tried the black noodles one (different brand)?
