One scallop? Hope it was a big one. I remember this oyster house in Toronto that served this scallop dish…2 huge sea scallops seared to perfection in butter. They were soooo good, so rich you only needed 2.

Toasted, buttered Ezekiel bread (can't live without this stuff), scrambled organic eggs with cheddar cheese and a side of locally-grown, organic Sun Gold tomatoes with olive oil, Kosher salt, and pepper.
