Hugh Hefner 'Took So Much Viagra It Made Him Deaf': Playboy Founder's Ex-Wife Crystal Tells of Their Marriage

The truth about Hugh Hefner?

The Playboy founder's third wife Crystal Hefner has recently opened up about her life while dating and marrying the late magazine editor. The 37-year-old spilled it all in her upcoming memoir called Only Say Good Things, something Hugh had told her just before his death in 2017.

Despite this request, the author, who spent five years as Hugh's girlfriend and five years as his wife, knows her memoir will expose the wealthy business owner as a misogynist, a narcissist and an extremely controlling person.

"You can't fault his timing," Crystal said about Hugh's death in September 2017. "He dipped out right on time. Hef's lifespan of 91 years, it ended on the cusp of #MeToo. Coincidence? I think not."

"I was so 'Team Hef'," she stated, "and I still am to a certain degree." However, she explained some of the many restrictions and requests Hugh had for her when they were together.

Her late husband, who she met when she was 21 and he was 81, controled her life down to the exact color of nail polish she could wear. He even would tap her on the head when her roots were showing, indicating when she would need a touch up.

Crystal also had a 6p.m. curfew each night and was required to share a dinner of chicken soup with cream cheese and crackers. After dinner, she would participate in group s-- with her hubby and other Playboy bunnies.

"It was embarrassing. I don't know the most people there'd been in our bedroom at one time but – a lot. Pretty bad. We were like, 'Oh, now it's your turn.' Nobody really wanted to be there but I think in Hef's mind, he still thought he was in his 40s, and those nights, the people, the mansion, solidified that idea. He felt, 'I've still got it,'" she said.

She also recalled "Sunday Fundays" at the mansion when 200 young women would arrive. Crystal spilled that Hugh would take so much Viagra he started to lose his hearing.
"Hef always said he'd rather be deaf and still able to have sex. Weird," she added.

The couple's age gap always left people wondering, she revealed, noting, "Everyone had questions. Mostly anatomical."
"Unremarkable," Crystal added of their nights together. "Whatever you would like, whatever you would think, or however you would want a night to go, well, it wasn't that."

Looking back at her life now, Crystal explained that she refuses to regret her experiences but shared, "If that was my daughter now – it wouldn't happen.

All I can say is that if you come from a happy, perfect, loving childhood, you don't usually end up with someone who was already 60 years old by the time you are born."

The Daily Mail reported on Crystal's comments.

Rare $10,000 Bill Dating Back to the Great Depression Sells for $480,000: 'An Absolute Prize'

AA1h4huE.img

A rare $10,000 bill dating back to 1934 was sold at auction last week for $480,000, officials said.

The item topped the Long Beach Expo US Currency Signature Auction hosted by Dallas-based Heritage Auctions, according to a news release from the auction house.

"Large-denomination notes always have drawn the interest of collectors of all levels," Dustin Johnston, vice president of currency at Heritage Auctions, said in a statement.

Johnston added that this particular item, which was issued during the Great Depression, is noted for its Exceptional Paper Quality and certification by Paper Money Guaranty.

"The $10,000 trails only the $100,000 gold certificate issued in 1934, and of the 18 examples graded by PMG, this example is tied for the highest-graded,” Johnston said about the bill. “Among all small-size $10,000 FRNs, PMG has graded only four equal and five higher, so this is an absolute prize that will command a share of the spotlight in its new collection home."

The 1934 $10,000 bill features the face of then-President Abraham Lincoln’s Secretary of the Treasury, Salmon P. Chase, according to CNN.

Not so funny: Chicago man battered comedian, staff at Laugh Factory, police say

Rich-February-laugh.jpg

Rich February and the Laugh Factory Chicago stage. | Yelp; Chicago Police Department

CHICAGO — Things got serious at the Laugh Factory when, according to a Chicago police report, an Uptown man battered the comedian and staff members who tried to eject him from the club.

Rich, February 44, “got into a verbal altercation with the acting comedian” at the club, 3175 North Broadway, during a November 6 performance, the report said. The situation escalated when February “shoved the unknown comedian,” prompting one of the club’s security guards to intervene, according to the report.
Police said the 43-year-old guard told February he was no longer welcome in the club, but February responded by striking the guard in the face “multiple times,” police said. Two additional Laugh Factory workers were also battered, according to the allegations.

Once they reached the exit, February slammed the door, breaking the inner glass, and fled, the police report said. He allegedly returned to the club in his Hummer around 10 p.m. and spray-painted the front door.

February was still at the scene when Chicago police arrived. The report said they arrested him after the security guard pointed him out, and all of the victims identified him. He was released from the Town Hall District station about five hours later.

He’s charged with three counts of battery, criminal damage to property, criminal defacement, and criminal trespassing, all of which are misdemeanors.

Dog Mauled Owner After Being Fed THC Gummy

Woman injured during hour-long Rottweiler attack

OCTOBER 24--After feeding a THC-laced gummy to her pet Rottweiler, a Michigan woman was attacked by the dog during an hour-long ordeal that left the victim grievously injured and her home drenched in blood, according to an incident report that reads like a horror film treatment.

The attack earlier this month inside a Gaylord residence prompted local animal control officials to warn that THC, the psychoactive component in cannabis, is considered toxic to dogs and can cause aggression.

Recounting the October 5 incident, the victim told officials that she gave the animal a gummy that morning and the dog subsequently “came into the bathroom while she was
blaudogotsego23.jpg
on the toilet and ripped her off the seat.”

The woman said she fought the Rottweiler for an hour before being able to lock herself in the bedroom “and leave the dog running the house.” The two-year-old male, named Blau, weighed 82 pounds and was “lunging and growling and trying to bite,” according to notes from a March 2023 visit to the vet.

Responding to a “dog attack” call, animal control workers found the Rottweiler standing by a picture window in the woman's home. Upon entering the residence, the dog--which was “subdued” and not barking or growling--was caged by officers using a “catchpole.”

The dog is seen above in an Otsego County Animal Control & Shelter photo. The organization provided the incident report in response to a TSG Freedom of Information request.

There was “a lot of blood on the living room carpet” and an adjacent hallway had “an immense amount of blood on the floor and walls,” an officer noted. The victim was “laying face up on the bed covered in blood” and unable to stand. An “extreme amount” of blood was “on the bed as well as the walls and floors.”

The woman was airlifted to a medical center 60 miles away, where she underwent emergency surgery, was intubated, and placed in the intensive care unit. A relative said that the woman “almost lost her right arm,” adding that “there is not much left of the area between her shoulder and her elbow.”

After a week in the hospital, the woman was released and began recuperating at her father’s home.

The man told animal control officers that his daughter was “going through a bad divorce” and “the dog was very
pomgummies23.jpg
stressed.” The man added that he was the one who “bought the dog some ‘gummies,’” apparently believing they would mellow out the canine.

The “cannabis-infused” pomegranate gummies were recovered by investigators, who attached the evidence photo at left to the incident report.

The victim’s relatives sought an extreme solution to the problem with Blau (German for “blue”). The woman’s brother-in-law “wanted to come get the dog and kill it,” the report states. Her estranged husband initially asked to “rescue” and rehabilitate Blau, but eventually asked if “he could take the dog...and shoot it.”

Ten days ago, the woman signed a form authorizing the euthanization of the Rottweiler. On October 16, the woman and her parents visited the county shelter to see Blau “and say goodbye.” The following day the animal “was taken to the vet and humanely euthanized.” (3 pages)
