The most efficient and profitable companies I ever worked for had the best taken care of employees. I worked for a 5 star hotel company that gave everyone from the dishwashers to the CEO the same perks. I got health insurance, 401k matched 15 percent of my pay, 2 weeks payed vacation, and sick time. 4 personal days. 7 days stay for free in any of there 5 star hotels around the world. 50 percent off all the food an alcohol in the restaurants. There were waiters there that made 70g a year on top of all that.

....alas though it was still a large corporation and I could not continue to work for one. too many rules. I much prefer my current life!
