Maybe they look for insects stuck in the buds? Or do they eat striclty nectar?

edit - I was right hehehhe. Imagine capturing a hummer eating a stuck insect, that would be sick!

Nectar also contains very small amounts of protein, and sodium and potassium salts. However, hummingbirds get most of their protein by eating small insects for a short time each day.

I don't know, they say they eat little amounts of insects, you never know..some of the nicest pics I've seen with herb BTW!

how do that wonderful ladies smoke? what kind of smells have you found in them?
