If you have anxiety, try a certain strain first...then move on to lemon balm tea, chamomille tea, kava (watch for liver problems on this one) and then finally passiflora.

Passiflora contains cannabinoids too. I once made hash out of a different plant the cone flower. Made me fall asleep. lol

Good ideas and suggestions. I will add staying hydrated with clean water, magnesium, and walnuts. All those have helped me.

On strains, if you have not found a strain that calms you I would guess you have not tried enough. Sativas too even if that goes against the common thought. I am calm as hell right now on a nearly pure sativa.

Another thing would to be to stop worrying about Trump. He is not the boogeyman some think he is. I do not agree with all that he does but am about certain my pot rights will not suffer because of him.

I will take his legislation, some of which I disagree with, over having Sanders and legal weed any day. Same with Gary Johnson. Imo the guys offering legal pot are all schmucks.

Newsom over here in cali is another loon. Took my gun rights with one hand while giving me 'legal' pot with the other.

Couldn't they just stop all grants ands federal funding to any city or states in violation of federal marijuana laws, then block those companies which continue to operate access to all banking institutions. I hope that they don't but who knows with this administration...
