Israel doesn't give their people free health care - they have compulsory health insurance required, and 25% of their healthcare costs are still paid out of pocket. They also don't have free 4-year university education. They have a tuition of $2,890/year. When I went to college, yearly tuition in the California State University system was $236. Adjusted for inflation, that would now be $1,011/year. Funny how when you pay professors 6-figure salaries for teaching a couple of classes a semester it drives the cost of education up...

If the USA had not wasted 7 Trillion dollars on wars in the middle-east supporting Israeli expansion ideas (and Israeli aid), and instead spent that HUGE amount of money on USA infrastructure/education and helping the American people within the USA, things would be looking much brighter.....for the whole world right now...
