There is nothing like self sufficiency my man GM. This is truly a dream coming through for me. Been dreaming of this moment for a loooooong while.

The goods are pretty dry now, so I weighed it and put it away in separate jars.

Diesel Ryder was 25 gram and Pehkuruder 38 gram. Much more than I thought, but maybe it is a bit wet still....

normally when you put them in the jars they will sweat a bit as the moisture inside the buds get distributed evenly through out the whole bud. so remember to open the jar at least once a day to check on them. if they get all damp you will need to spread them out again for a few hours and re jar them and do the whole checking again the next day and so on till the buds are perfect and no longer change moisture levels.

congrats again bro

Hey man. Thx for the heads up. Really excited about the weird things that are going to happen.....:violin: Gotta be on my game yes. Harvesting and drying certainly can make strange things happens as there are big amounts of dry smelly illegal stuff around. he he. I can see that....

Thx for looking out for me as always GM.. :thank you:

Went up in the tree and harvested One Shot Stuff plant and one Blue Ryder plant last night. I'm glad I only took two plants, cause when I came home and got a real look at them, they didnt look all that finnished. Only the pistils on the top had started to become a little bit brown, and the yield was nothing to write home about.

Eventhough it rains everyday now, It was superdry up there, and especially the Finx and Pehkuruder bucket was suffering from it. So many plants and so little soil in that bucket. The soil felt like cement, it was so dry. Have to try and get up there to soak it real good Asap, but Asap is maybe monday.......:cuss:

I went to Spot 1 Yesterday also.

I rarely visit this spot, and it has had few updates.

I have one male Royal Dane, and One female Nepal plant there.
They are looking great, and the Nepal is probably running up as my "girl of the year". Very branchy and getting close two 2 meters tall.Does not look that big in the pic maybe, but they are standing in a hole on a really steep hill.

She was full of seeds also.

The two plants were the first ones I planted out this year, the 14 th of may. They were the most eager too, because in the beginning I planted out the biggest ones first, so im going to have great faith in theese seeds.

Soil mix here was pretty heavy. Lots of chicken and cow shit. I mixed it at the location about one month before planting out.
Have fertilized with chicken pellets once after that.

Anyway... Here are pics. I regret not pulling the male as the pollination probably is finninshed, and the male is just pulling nutrition from the female.

oh wow, that's one beautiful plant, looks like the buds are already getting a hint of color to them. this plant must have been there for a while now eh? all the surrounding nettles have grown right close to it, nice protection and camouflage.

strange how the tree grow is getting dry even though it's raining a lot? is the tree stopping the rain falling in the pots, or are they drinking it so fast? maybe sit up there when it rains and make a funnel to collect the rain and lead it to the driest pots? seems like a big pain in the ass to have to water plants when it's raining, :)

anyway keep up the great thread and enjoy the fruits you lucky bugger, hehe.

Hey Gaius. Yeah. The two plants were started indoors around April 20th and put out the 14th of May. I weeded out the nettles one time in June sometime, but other than that I have not done anything. Nettles are good camo, and they dont transport slugs and other kind of enemies up to the plant, as other kinds of weeds growing close to the plant would do.

The treetop is like an umbrella it seems..... The plants seems to drink the water real fast too. I think they have good conditions up there eventhough its very windy at times. Funnel is a good plan maybe, but I just dont have the time. Have lots of other obligations than weedgrowing if you know what I mean. Will probably get time to get up there and soak them real good today though.

Fruits are beeing enjoyed yes:bump:

Hey Rocket

Yup, both the Lady and the gent looked very good in my book atleast, so the offspring should be good too.

I think it will finnish in time Inpotitrust. Frost comes around october 1st here so it still has some time. It will be great fun playing with my own seeds next season. The plant is about 6 feet tall, but what I really like about her is that she is so branchy. Didnt smell anything, but it was windy and raining when I was there.......

I got a tip from a lady about how to water plants while away. She said
that she used to put a bottle with water upside down in the soil. The soil would then drink gradually from the bottle as the soil dries out. :tiphat: I thought it sounded like a great idea, so I gave it a try in the tree today.

I gave the plants a real good soaking with 26 litres of water, poured over a timeperiod of 30 minutes.

Also went by spot 9. The plants there are a little yellow. This is because of the soilmix i guess, because at spot 10 I used the same kind. The buds were looking good though:)
Oldfarmer Nepal still is sexless.

Snapped some pics.

I went by some spots today aswell.

Spot 5

The plants have all really started flowering now, and they seem healthy. Found one male there. I thought all were female there, but one must have fooled me. It was a big Royal Dane(I think..) which have been shadowing for the others. I am afraid it has pollinatd the others, but not certain. I pulled it and threw it away.

It was very hard to pull, so I think i disturbed the root systems to some of the other plants when I finally got it loose.

I am not 100 prosent sure about the strains at this spot. I think it is like this though. uh sorry about that. Annoyes the hell out of me.

The remaining females here are

-Royal Dane
-Ovala Ratsastaja

I have some problems identifying the two others, cause I have fertillized with so much cowshit and soil on top og the stems. The stems have also grown sideways.....

I have two options per plant though, help me out if you think you can identify them.

The one to the left is a Ovala Ratsastaja or an Oldfarmer Nepal plant. I suspect Oldfarmer Nepal myself but am certainly not positive.

Pictures023.jpg

The big one in the middle is either a Leb or a Royal Dane. I suspect Leb because the other Roayl Dane(The one closest to the right, Ovala Ratsastja behind that) looks different.

glad it's looking good in your spot 5 Bom,

specially now the males gone, the right side female should start fattening up.

i'm learning a lot about selecting good spots this year, it seems some one found my spot 5, who ever it was stuck a dead tree branch in the soil right next to the plant. i only planted my last plants there a bit more then a week ago and already it seems they got found. they are still there and have settled in ok, but i can imagine that who ever stuck the branch in will be back around harvest time lol. or maybe i'm lucky and he doesn't smoke or care?

by the looks of it in the picture you deffinantly got the male out before it pollinated anything. The sacs have to open up before they can do damage. Anyway your grow looks killler man keep up the good work

Spot 3

Yeah light definatly playes a big factor GM:wave:. Creepy stuff about the stick. I ve had more creepy stuff happening too. Remember the beer can that I found at spot 3? I didnt remove it, and when I came back yesterday, someone or something had stepped on it!!!!!
I hate going to that spot so I go there very rarely. There are between 30-50 people walking or driving past there everyday, and now that the plants have gotten so big, they really stick out.

They are looking good though, all have really started flowering:jump: but I think I will harvest them pretty early, just because the spot is so unstealthy.

I have kind of lost control over the strains here too, because of the same reason as on Spot 5(Above). I think I will figure it out when I harvest though, cause then I can follow the stems to the bottom, and they can be identified from looking at pics from the beginnning of my thread..

Here are pics:)

This is the most vigorous plant there, It has done some lst on itself.
I think it is a UK 08-09, but it might be a Royal Dane hybrid.

Pictures007.jpg

This is the view from road that goes right next to the spot lol. Personally I think I would have noticed them.......

Hey there my man Inpotitrust:wave: I am excited to check out silverbacks stuff. Thx for help as always:thank you:

I went by my far away spot yesterday, so I stopped and had a look. This is the place where I tied most of the plants really close to the wall.

SPOT 2.

It was looking good I guess. The two Royal Dane x Thyphoon and the two Royal Dane x White Russian plants was well into flowering, so I think I will get some harvest from those if all goes well.

The Pehkuruder was yellow and not healthy looking so I harvested it. Tiny bits of mold on it too. I dont think it will yield more than 5/10 grams.

One of the two Lalandia Erdupurt udemix plants had showed sex and was female. I think the other one is female too, but not positive.
It is going to be a race to get those finnished.

Early Misty plant had not showed sex yet, but that is expected.
