Ticals 2000w 4x8 tent, multi strain grow show

hey everyone. figured it was about that time to make a thread here in the soil section. Im back to growin in dirt again, where Im most comfortable. in my new digz...hydrohut 4x8 silver tent, 2000w air cooled, 3 gal smart pots (next round 5-7 gal) w FF Happy Frog soil (next round SS#4) + big n chunky perlite, AN nutes.

strains currently in the tent...12 ladies total...

Killa Watt ...x2
Bubba Dutch SSH ...4x
ECSD ...3x
Jackie-O ...2x
PK (LVPK?) ...1x

Im currently on day 39 of 12/12...these plants are lookin and smellin great, very frosty so far. been able to go alittle heavier on the nutes with no burn really at all. lots of bennies in the soil and watered in. any speckles on the leaves are just shiny spots from take down garden spray a few weeks back as preventative, not burn or bugs.

everythings been good so far, knock on wood. gonna bring these ladies to about 75-78 days. wish me luck! Ill keep this thread well updated.

last but not least...some shots of the PK, possibly LVPK...passed to me from a buddy, who grew her from a bag seed of PK from Cali. only time will tell...looks ALOT like the LVPK to me tho.

also a few shots from my veg area, my next round of freshly planted, rooted cuts, a headband mom, and some headband cuts fresh in the dome.

these pics from the veg area are a few days old, the babies are doubled in size since I been sprayin the VHO..that shit is killer.

8 in Vortex for the lights, 6 in active air for the filter. I have a 10 inch maxfan lyin around here too, too much suction in the tent tho, too powerful for it.

next round will be some magnum XXXL 8 inch reflectors to go w the Vortex. still trying to figure how Im gonna really set this tent up...this first run was just slapped together. actually one of those hoods is an old SS large horizontal w the 4 inch flange...my buddy and I cut 6 inch holes on it and put on some 6 in air cooled fittings lol. I cant believe how well it works. w the lights on all day, it never reaches 80.

The plants in the back, and especially the one in the bottom left, they have a very nice christmas tree appearance with a bunch of nice nugs everywhere, seems very efficient to me- I'm wondering if you attribute this to the particular strains or if technique plays a big part as well. How long did you veg for?

thanks leroy, it is very efficient. thats the BDSSH. she barely stretches in bloom...thats just the way she grows, out, not up...needs alot of room for the roots tho, those 3 gal smart pots got filled too quick, I shoulda repotted those. o well, next run Ill probly use 7 gal smart pots with a longer veg. I have half the mind to run all BDSSH. great yielder.

here we are at day 44, gearin up for some fatties. everything is looking great. I snagged some pics as the lights were goin out. heres some whole tent shots, then Ill post some close ups.

heres some closeups of the frostiest girl, the Killa Watt. may be the frostiest plant Iv ever had. amazing. no camera tricks, or photo adjustment...it really is that frosty.

next up is the stinky ECSD, fillin in nicely...should be some fatties. startin to get some color to the leaves too, should have hit them w N for alittle longer, but they are rockin for sure.

It deff. Shows! I don't think its possible to love them to death lol... they seem to respond well to good care and in some cases torture.. she don't talk back and provides instant satisfaction... my kind of woman

BTW counting days is something I stopped doing for determining when to chop.. sure it gives u good idea of where u stand but if its from seed and ur following their general harvest window its usually short by a couple of weeks, if your growing from clones then it should flower in the same time frame as its mother.
