Z Nation is fucking BRILLIANT I have seen a few episodes now and I'm hooked.

Radioactive Zombies last night...lol... My wife had never seen Z Nation before, and is a Fan of walking dead....She groaned thru the first 15 minutes till I told her to look at it like Walking Dead on a "whippits".

Yea man. It's story(filler) and you have to have story in between action parts. It can't be all action all the time. Though it does not hurt to mix it in somewhat. That damn episode were Rick and the Gov sat at the table while the groups waited for an hour was the worst of all time. Rick should of just shot him there but it's in the script and Rick was reasonable but the Gov was not and was acting like he was and fooled Rick.

But yea I read some of the comics. They are the best. They are still going. Seems they did not do everything like the comic did but at least keeping the main formula and plots as it thickens.

I don't care about spoilers, people should hide this with the spoiler hide feature for those who do. Everyone who read the comics knows what happens in a way.

Why are there not any cars anywhere, wtflol? They should be graveyards of cars with gas to siphon gas. Gas stations? Where did all the gas go, it evaporate?

It's not in the script lol.

Need more scenes like zombie driver game for pc. I wanna see 100 zombies just splatter on dead reckoning vehicle. I want to see napalm on zombies thrown from cars. I want to see zombies torn apart with 50 caliber machine guns mounted on jeeps.

Z Nation is more like this. Craziness.

I have not read the entire story yet but enjoy the comics and think they are doing a decent job with the film.

Z nation is pretty good to though.

Everyone who is a fan of the series I am sure has check out and played through the walking dead season pc episodes ones. Those are well done.

There is also a game out called dead state for pc.

They are releasing Resident Evil 1 remake on Pc soon here, Capcom is. It's supposed to run better than the emulator one with better visuals and new things.

They are remakeing RE 1-3.

There is a huge difference between dramatic story and dramatic filler, filler happens when you run out of good story.

The point in the show they are at now is over a year after the ZA first started isnt it? Gas that is not treated goes bad within a year, especially gas with ethanol in it. Even if people found cars with gas in them, it doesnt stay good forever.

Gas stations need power to run the pumps....

ahh really? i not seen any of the latest season, gotta wait til comes on uk tv BUT I always wondered bout HGW's references to the 'matriculated fever' and the endless walking he mentions and if thats where the name 'walkers' came from

You make a couple of good points! tbh...I have no idea if Kirkman read the book at some point before he started the GN, but I've seen a couple others draw a parallel or two between the two!

After last week's episode, I think it's fairly obvious that it's Noah that Daryl says to, "Come on out." The writers may have him and/or Beth killed, but I see Noah joining the group and the shippers will have him, Beth, and Daryl forming another Shane/Lori/Rick triangle!

My guess is Officer Friendly and the gang, head out to Grady Memorial to save Beth and Carol. But, I've got this feeling, Carol isn't long for the ZA world!

Love TWD and Z Nation, cant wait for TWDs other storyline to start.

No cable, no live streaming - but I can usually watch episodes within 2 hours after they air, gotta wait until morning sometimes.

Post Mortem me.

The 1 and 2nd season are the best in my eyes. I found the last 2 season to be hit and miss in places but still 1 of my fav tv show.

Just my opinion, but I agree, seasons 1 and 2 were better than 3 and 4. Although, I thought 3 and 4 dragged on a bit for me, they were still watchable.

I'm guessing AMC had little faith in the show lasting, because season 1 is only 6 episodes long. If it had flopped, they wouldn't have had much money invested in a 12+ episode season.

I've noticed that among some of the hardest of had-core fans of the GN tend resent any deviation from the original story. So, they can be the harshest of critics. Personnally, I don't think the show diverges enough!

BTW! Look for a West Coast version of TWD from AMC this next summer! I'm looking forward to it!

'The Walking Dead' Spinoff: "Companion Series" Characters Revealed, Plus Pre-Apocalypse Setting?

AMC

'The Walking Dead''s forthcoming "companion" spinoff series has been something of a mystery since its very announcement, but apart from a time or location for the new chapter of Robert Kirkman's zombie apocalypse, we may at last know our main cast. Meet the six new leads of 'The Walking Dead''s new AMC series in a full casting breakdown for the spinoff, which may take place before the walker apocalypse!

Per TVLine, it looks as if the core cast of AMC's 'Walking Dead' spinoff will be comprised of two families and another "Andrea" (eye-roll), and is likely set at least some time before the world goes to hell with undead roaming the earth. Keep in mind that names are certainly subject to change, and the casting details may not reflect the ultimate setting of the new series, for secrecy's sake.

SEAN CABRERA | A Latino male in his early 40s, Sean is a good man trying to do right by everyone in his life.

CODY CABRERA | Sean’s whip-smart and rebellious teenage son. Known as the angriest kid in town.

NANCY TOMPKINS | A thirtysomething single mom to two kids, Nancy looks like the girl next door, but there’s an edge to her.

NICK TOMPKINS | Nancy’s screwed up teenage son. He’s too old to stay home, too scared to flee.

ASHLEY TOMPKINS | Nancy’s mostly level-headed teenage daughter. Her ambition is in direct proportion to her older brother’s failures. She loves her mom but it’s time to get out of Dodge.

ANDREA CHAPMAN | A somewhat wilted flower child, fortysomething Andrea — yep, another Andrea! — has retreated to the outskirts of the city to recover after a horrible marriage.

'Walking Dead' executive producers Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd and David Alpert will all take part in the new series, while 'Sons of Anarchy’ and ‘Low Winter Sun‘ vet Dave Erickson will both co-write and executive produce. We know that the series won't be set in Georgia, but could potentially cross over with the main 'Walking Dead' cast in time, as Kirkman previously offered up a few thoughts as to what might bring the series together.

Well, what do you think? Could the 'Walking Dead' companion series really follow the downfall of society before and/or during Rick's coma slumber? What make you of the new cast of characters, another Andrea notwithstanding? Catch up on the series proper in our recap below, and tell us what you want to see from 'The Walking Dead' companion series when AMC shambles out the new drama in 2015!

The series has evolved to the point that the zombies are a minor inconvenience.
It's the normal people you have to worry about.

...just like modern times
