I received an Arizer Solo 2 today. Trying to save our lungs at the fogey household. Vaped some Heri-Berry that isn’t completely dry nor cured, was from seeded bud and I have no idea what heat setting is best. Tried 325 f. Pretty nice taste but lacking a heavy buzz. The trichs were mostly clear with a bit of cloudy so I was thinking it would be racy. No race though. Gotta try grinding the bud up next time.
You will get use to how much to grind, pack it and what settings you like best. I like 350 to start. It just tastes best to me. I tun it up a bit after a few hits. Congratulations

Back from the spine shots....@HempKat I got a bit of a surprise when checking it at the back doc today. I thought I was done after the 3rd shot....at least for this round.....NO! I go back in two weeks to get the nerves burnt. I am apparently getting both....what you recommended with burning the nerves and the steroid shots. Interesting....wonder if this will keep the pain away for a longer period of time. Time will tell.

I had poor luck with the two Dell's that I had with the computer in the monitor. The first lasted 90 days and the second about a year. They run hotter than a conventional desktop PC.

I switched back to HP.
More electronics stuffed into a smaller area, making it an issue to run hot.

My latest is a HP, salesman said about 8 years is it's life. I don't think I have ever owned a Dell, but maybe, my memory is far from what it was.
I took an introductory computer course in 1996, a Dell might have been my first.

I was surprised to see how fast a computer heats up to the damaging point.

Taking a trim break from the WE x Skunk clones in the flower tent. Week 12 and finally harvesting. The other two plants are still not ready. These were the plants I kept in the 1 gallon pots thru the whole grow. Not my normal habit but seemed like a good time to try it just to see how they would do. The buds on these small pots were actually quite large compared to my last harvest in the 7 gallon pots. The weight per plant I’m sure is less but the three little pots took up the same amount of room in the tent as a 7 gallon and I’m sure will be more weight total if that makes sense. The plants were very sticky so I’ve been collecting the scissor/finger hash like some of you suggest I do each trim. It’s a pita but I have a little bowl of it so far. The buds are solid and pretty heavy with only fluff at the very bottom of the plant which also the buds are quite large down there.

That's a fine looking harvest and I have read on more than one occasion that numerous small pots will produce a more abundant harvest than a larger container. I have never done a controlled experiment to see if that is accurate.
Your stove clock didn't say 420.:)

View attachment 18993311 View attachment 18993312 Zig has had a good day. We went to Petco and got some urinary tract cat food, a bully stick. Some treats and a clicker. After that we hit the Rail Trail where he sniffed so often, we only made it a half mile. Ran thru creeks like a mad dog. He will be a water dog for sure. He met 3 dogs and was happy but submissive. I am happy about that as my last dog loved to fight(he always smiled when he was pulled off another dog). Then he has been brought back home for bully stickin’ on the deck. Now he is escorting our 15 yo cat making sure he is safe😂
My wife and I really enjoyed walking our Rail Trail, you are referring to an abandoned rail line?
Low grade easy to walk, lots of interesting things along the way.

I love old cats and it sounds like your old cat has a friend in your dog.:)

I switched to a mini mac years ago. I kept getting viruses with windows. Haven't had one issue with a mac computer! Love it. I just put my hand on the computer and it is cold.

Nearly 9pm here at St Thomas's Hospital - the head very formidable battleaxe nurse says she will give me something for my constant insomnia this evening - 😑 she's a big old English gal - and the thought did cross my mind -

This surgery I had today is sooo bloody sore - even the painkillers are having trouble masking 😷 it -,

I guess I would do it again but we do have a plant count here which I won’t lie I’ve gone over every grow but it makes it better having four in the flower tent, four in the veg tent and in the summertime 4 outside. Keeps anyone only seeing 4 at a time if they get a gander but not many do. Thanks so much for the kind comment and yes in just 18 minutes that clock will say 420 and I’ll be ready. Tired of trimming and saving some for tomorrow. 🥰✌️

Yes. There is a Massachusetts state trail that runs from Cape Cod up into central Mass. An old railroad path along a river that feeds the reservoir in West Boylston(which supplies water to Boston). Zig needs to know he is coming back home from all of our rides in the truck. He feared getting in the truck when I first took him for a ride(I assume his last ride before we brought him home was to the shelter so it is understandable). He is very social so I am giving him as much human interaction as I can. And our older cat likes to swat wild turkeys in the ass so I don’t think he needs protection but may like that he has ‘muscle’ to back him up.😂

I use to have problems with viruses and etc., then I bought Kaspersky and have never had any issues since.

There are a lot of people who prefer a Mac, I have never owned one.

I have been kind of bored lately, I could use my soldering iron for your nerves:)

Hope all goes well with your treatments and keeps the pain away. Being in pain sucks big time.

I will give that a go. I figured starting low and working up from there was a good strategy(I can’t un-vape it). You gave me the ‘healthy lungs’ bug and @SubGirl liked her Solo 2(it was in the price range I was willing to spend too). I wouldn’t say that I didn’t get any effect from 325, it just isn’t the ‘stone’ I get from a bong hit. Which isn’t a bad thing, just different.

I was surprised by the taste at 325. Pretty tasty with a hashy tone to it. @dogzter goes with 375 so next sample will be at 350 then up to 375 so I can compare buzz and flavor. The buds are still pretty moist after deseeding them so I am not expecting nuanced flavors but it is good to know I get flavor from moist flowers. And who doesn’t like a new toy?😂

Yeah - it's been an interesting 10/11 days where pain is concerned - this Sternumotomy - Mitral valve fix - left coronary artery bypass - and now today's very sore implant - a veritable odessey of painful opportunities - that I tire of so much - can't wait to be pain free again - and not have to deal with the rotten stuff - now where is that sleeping pill?

There is a lot of pressure on medical staff these days to perform above and beyond the usual work day, I suspect making their job that much more difficult.
But sometimes you get these nasty or I don't care attitudes that makes hospital stays unpleasant. I seen that with my wife after being in critical care, she had been without the proper oxygen levels to her brain and was very confused at times. The nurses would get irritated by her repeat questions or questions that seemed obvious to them but not to the patient. Like when they handed her a tooth brush and paste and my wife was not sure what she was suppose to do with these items.

It sounds like the drawbridge is going to come down soon for you and you can make the great escape. I can hear Big Ben chiming for you and you alone.:)
