I've been working at my coffee for the last 15 years or so. I love it, but restrict my input to 2 cups a day, well, no more than 3.

I use a cheap Italian strove top mocca pot, but have a good grinder and use quality fresh beans.

How do you make yours?

I gave up on coffee years ago when it started to give me pains in the stomach. Now I drink hot black tea with a dash of milk...

I have had the same operation twice. My ENT said I was like an annuity. They would come back over and over again......NOPE. I irrigate my nose and use a steroid spray weekly. No polyps or operations in over 30 years.

How was the recovery ?????
