Pollination started yesterday:
All plants were given a dose (2ml/L) of GK liquid bloom guano and humics. I'm bubbling another compost tea with Fat Flowers (by Dragonfly, 100% plant based) to be given tomorrow.

Day 28 into flowering:
The males started producing proper clouds of pollen today.
Pollination is done by shaking the males in the tents of the females.
Light 1:

We are just starting with a mass open pollination of regular automatic seeds to start a selection for males in autoflowers as none of the currently available regular automatic seeds meets our criterias. Than we will introduce some more known seeds into the gene pool of the open pollination selections to add to the potency.
Just then when a proper line will be found it will be crossed to the Golden Diesel and the auto cubing process would start with a minimum of 3 generations just to get a stable auto seed.
More generations are likely to be needed to enhance the Golden Diesel traits.
We did a first open pollination with 4 Tao Auto seeds reg. strains to get a wide gene pool and just finishing harvesting the seeds.
Currently the next generation is just starting with seeds that should have a lot of variability. It will be a big one and only a select few will produce the next open pollination pool.
The process can take some time as just the auto trait cubing takes a minimum of 3 generations (roughly a year), and we still don't even have a proper auto line to work with.
