I do believe one would be very hard pressed to see the flag of the confederacy at a democratic party function,
but they were seen on a regular basis recently at republican party functions. In the end, slavery was American.

Its hard not to bind the two. If Slavery is American, first it was Democrat. The vast majority of Americans, including southerners never owned slaves.

I don't support the confederate flag, never have. I have never heard anyone advocate for the confederacy. Of course, the history of the civil war is an important piece of history especially considering we are as divided today as ever. 30 plus percent of independent, and Conservative voters want to dissolve the union. Quite ironic considering how spoiled Americans are.

I have seen as many communist flags at Democrat events, so. If I am judged by the worst of a party I don't belong to, do you not also?

The key point in this argument on California real estate/US real estate is the fact that its designed to perform in the interest of capital/money. Look around california, theres areas of opulence and growth, surrounded by sections of decay and collapse. Capital wont build homes unless its built to generate revenue... and its doesnt matter who comes with the revenue.. lately its been the chinese..
Capital will allow large sections of the american public to live on sidewalks in order to sale inflated real estate to the chinese. But at a certain point the low value of the surroundings will drag down the value of an inflated market.
When the next crash comes, by the way its 5 years passed due, i can see california becoming bankrupt. Then suddenly the Chinese government will show up to purchase the largest most valuable real estate in history, the state of California.. This process didn't start 4 yrs ago, California has had 40 yrs of bullshxt economics... but dont worry, senile biden and the hooker kamila will save us.
