Decriminalized to some degree, but remember making
& running moonshine is still illegal; state by state weed
will be treated the same way, hopefully home growers
will get a 'pass' from prosecution if under some sort of
legal plant number, and or weight limits of cured bud.

The govt would go ballistic if you started producing your
own aspirin & was also selling it to folks as such. if the
fda gets their paws on it they'll regulate the shit outta it.
