30-Noviembre :
It's a cloudy and drizzly day today, and only the wind is blowing and only the occasional break in the sun. The main part of the predicted cold snap has not yet reached my Sierra, and today the overnight low was 11°C (52°F), and the maximum daytime maximum in the shade of 17°C (63°F)

Screenshot_2023_1130_110450.png

...but as I mentioned yesterday, it is expected that during the next few days, we will have some night-time lows down to 0°C (32°F)
IMG_20231130_140238.png.png

...so before the rains and cold weather arrive, I'm going to make the most of these free days I have to harvest the Thai A5 Haze (A.C.E.). At the moment, I have cut the main cola:

1 - Diciembre :
December has brought a little sunshine back to my northern slope of the European Sierra Morena (39° N, 800 meters altitude; approx).
"The Dogs' House" aka "La Perrera", welcomes the last month of the year.
Thai A5 Haze fem (Chiang Mai Thai X A5 Haze; A.C.E.).
Born on May-1, she has the 4 lower nodes&half (9 lower twigs) pruned. More than 2'25 metres of stem length, before the main cola was pruned.
The dominant odor is of rich liver pate, with light lavender, spearmint and lemon top notes.

...Well, here I am, harvesting the buds from the secondary branches' buds...

Baaahh... That's not a proper bud, cousin Jincho: These are "Sierra Morena stile" buds...

December - 3 :
This early morning of this Sunday-3, has been on the northern slope of my mountain range, the coldest so far this year, having fallen to 0°C (32°F) for the first time. The morning was cold and foggy, but after a few hours it dissipated and the sun began to warm up, but without getting above 12°C (54°F). We are going through a small cold spell, and it seems that temperatures will rise a little...
Screenshot_2023_1203_003235.png

For the time being, I continue with the harvest of the Thai A5 Haze (A.C.E.); (All photos without any flash, only natural sunlight):

hehehehe indeed compadre, i'm a bit conservative in some of the descriptions, but hell yes some Thai A5 Haze expressions planted in the ground with enough growth time will produce a good amount, you prove it right, also with Green Haze 19 A5 ;) thanks for all the pictures! Buen inicio de semana

December-6 :
The cold continues in this northern slope of my mountain range. Today, only 5°C / 41°F overnight low, and 13°C / 55'5°F daytime high in the shade. However, the forecast is raising the temperatures as the week progresses, so that by next Tuesday, December 12, we would have 9°C / 48'5°F minimum and 20°C / 68°F maximum in the shade...
Screenshot_2023_1206_183419.png

Before entering "La Perrera", a little walk through the end of the meadow/savannah and the beginning of the forest, until the sun can dry the night and morning humidity on the plants, so we can continue harvesting the Thai A5 Haze:
