A kind offer! My oldest son's fiance lives in Valencia, so once all this pandemic madness is behind us, I imagine it's possible that we might actually visit Spain someday. They've talked about splitting their time between Spain and the US, but who knows. Either way, having family with family there gives us a good reason to visit!

Spain is a wonderful country. It amazes me that there are not more imigrants here.

Welcome to the forum Riong 🤗. This looks like it is going to be a super nice grow! Do you grow in soil? How large is the pot?

There are not many expatriate immigrants (from richer countries) in your area?
All along the southern Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts there is, in my opinion, a large (to the point that when I visit the areas where they are concentrated, I feel "a little bit foreign"...).
By the way, it is said that especially the German colony on La Palma is behaving generously towards the local Spanish poblation afected by the last volcánica eruption.

As you know and as you are told, your garden is very beautiful: just looking at it in photos relaxes the mind, cheers the eye and comforts the heart. No doubt the medieval poet Abu Ishaq Ibrahim Ibn Jafaya of Alcira, a fellow countryman of Dubi, who was nicknamed "The poet gardener", would be proud of you....:

se ha despertado;

sino en vuestro territorio;
si pudiera elegir,
es este lugar que escogería.

No creais que mañana entraréis en el Infierno;

Hi Montuno, yes ther are many immigrants from richer countries, but they are mainly on the coast and are very different from the immigrants in my area; Most of us live a very simple life in the campo. In general inland rural Southern Spain is sparsly populated and i'm supprised that more peopledon't know about the wonderful life we have here. Thankfully i'm glad they don't.

Well, Mountain Man, there are several famous personalities living in the countryside away from the touristy and cosmopolitan coast:

Very, very close to your house, lives the drummer of Genesis, I think.... He came here to become a shepherd, but I think that not knowing about dogs at the beginning almost ruined his illusion and gave rise to several anecdotes in the area, heh.... (If you see him, tell him to use collies or careas for manoeuvres, and mastiffs as escorts; but not to use mongrels of hunting dogs like the podencos...)....

The drummer of The Clash also lived very close to you, I think, and there is even a monument or a street in his honour in some village...

Some gringo actors like Vin Diesel have been seen in my valley and mountains (one of his daughters is named after a princess of my "ancestral Iberian tribe", in honour of "my land", I heard him say on television; I don't know if it's true...).
They also say that some of Bob Marley's sons have been seen in my mountains and valleys (I think his father only went to Ibiza, and he only visited the big cities giving concerts), or some other famous Jamaican musician...

Indeed you are correct my friend, my wife knows him quite well! and as you say there are quite a few famous personalities located around these parts.

One you may not be aware of is a world famous cellist. I often see him shuffling along in the village and to look at him you'd think he was just an old man who'd had a stroke, but when you hear him play, Oh my God!

I believe Alexis Sayle has a place in a village somewhere near here too.

You know where i am! Do you ever visit? Be good to meet up and share a few smokes and a beer or two.

Saludos

Very kind: I'll tell you the same if you ever go up or pass through my sierra... ...I do want to go down there one day, so that my little niece can get to know the Alhambra and the subtropical coast... And while I'm at it, I'd like to see if I get a girlfriend of my age from Granada, and stop being a lonely bachelor, heh... I know it may sound very sad to air my intimate miseries here...but "sadder than asking is stealing" (as we cousins say), so if I were going that way I would beg you and Mrs Del Monte to spread the following claim: "Serrano from Sierra Morena, poor and ugly but very clean and honoured is looking for a girlfriend from Granada (gypsy or paya, Moorish or Christian; but who likes dogs) with the most serious intentions.... If she provides the gazpacho, I'll provide the old rum and I'll buy her the best cave there is in Granada..."

My wife is half Gitano!

I like the saying ""sadder than asking etc."

It must be a hard life as a bachelor living in the campo. I wish you much success in your search.

Hey what’s up this is my SMH. She is a cutting from an outdoor plant I took back in July. I LST her and flipped the lights to 13/11 on aug 20th. She’s in 10gal muck bucket with pro mix soil. I use general hydro 3 part flora series. She under a Mars hydro tsw2000 light. Wish she would have filled out the tent more. Not as much of a stretcher compared to another seed I grew out. This pheno has tighter buds compared to my last grow SMH which had all fox tails and taller

She’s hungry/neglected. It’s hard to get out to her to tend. Probably won’t finish in this climate
