Straw Cough Klone 30 days 12/12

This is the fabled Strawberry Cough clone, the one discovered by Kyle Kushman of High Times.

I don't smell a lot of strawberry in here at all, but the yields and the stone on the SC are outstanding.

Look at the calyxes stacking up for some serious business :sasmokin:

I grew an F2 of this girl, sent to me by CBF last year, maybe two years ago.

She yielded 7 ounces of dry weed in a 5 gallon bucket, and she never got more than 3 feet tall.

She's an amazing lady... Big yields and a haze dominant high! Hard to beat it.

This lady (and all my ladies in this crop) were pollenated by a Gonzo #1 male. The seeds are already done!

I use a technique where you can make crosses of your favorite weed, and STILL get sensi (or close) buds from your crop. The nice thing is... The beans are done and ready to go WAY before the plant that made them is ready for harvest

These are just snapshots, but they'll give ya the idea of how impressive this strain is indoors.

Nice work CC, I love them colors. The smell is hard to pin down, smells very fruity and more blueberry-"something" mixed. Looking foward to see what you think.

Very nice CC, Bud structure looks sorta like the SAGE, and 7 Oz's off 3 feet sounds great to me :) Could you let us in on your crossing technique?, as I am looking to do just that in a couple weeks here. thanks

I was actually thinking of doing a thread on ICMAG, and an article in a mag on this tech. It's super simple

A quick synopsis:
Undedicated seed crops.
After a week or 2 of 12/12, you will have most of your plants sexed out.

You'll have some males, and some females.

Keep the male(s) you want as studs in with the very young females until one of each male's pollen sacks opens fully and releases it's pollen. Don't let the males go nuts and cover the place with pollen! Just one flower per male. (I hold my male in front of the fan to broadcast the pollen).

This will pollenate your pre-flowers with the male pollen.

Once the males have done their thing, get rid of them.

What you end up with are beans all over the main stalks, but none in the main buds. Imagine the possibilities folks! It is good

That, my friend, is extremely useful and interesting. I think the people growing around here will really be able to profit from this technique. I know I will!

Abusive, Yeah, a surprisingly zippy high for sure.

Dankdude, Colorado must rock then!

evergreen, no, I didn't know that someone showed it on OG. Which means that someone isn't doing a good job showing the masses - I reckon. So I'll put my energy into broadcasting the good news now.

Actually, it was probably called 'ichtna torritenti' by the folks doing it in ancient MesoPOTamia, and 'runnea ponnifica' by their ancestors, and... It's obviously not the first time this has been done to marijuana plants bro, but not many folks seem to be privy to the tech, so now more are/will be. I doubt many pot growers will run across that FAQ at OG, but how many will be able to open a mag a hundred years from now and see it? eh? You get the idea.

vodka, good to meet ya
